Clearly got given a single bed after booking a double. The staff refused to awknowledge this and ‘upgraded’ me to a double as though they were doing me a favour. I didn’t like that. I payed for a double I should receive a double without having to challenge it.

Decently priced room Was around the corner from the main hotel and underground, which was a bit unexpected, but a nice enough room in a central location for a good price, so can't complain.

Very friendly staff, they made an extra effort for my wife's birthday! The room was clean and spacious (We did pay extra for the larger room). The location was amazing, a short walk to Hyde Park and two tube stations within a few minutes walk. Would highly recommend, we will be going again when we visit London!

The website was a bit misleading, I requested a room with a shower and tub and every pic I saw for the room I selected showed a bathtub however, my room did not have a bathtub. I was told that bathtubs are not available for the single rooms even though it showed it on the website. The room was also extremely small, so if I choose to stay there again I’d select a double room and call ahead to ensure I can get everything I asked for since their website is inaccurate.

Overall had an ok stay. On arrival I was made to give a credit card to cover "extras" which I wasn't planning to use. My room was in a secondary building around the corner away from the main hotel which was a little odd. The room itself was small but comfortable, all their double rooms are marketed as "deluxe" apparently, and the sound proofing was non-existant. my room (310) was apparently under the stairs which creaked a lot and I was woken up several times in the night by that and doors slamming. I asked to move room after the first night and was moved to a club room which was slightly bigger and further from the stairs which meant I slept much better. The staff were very helpful when I asked to move (though they didn't seem at all surprised) and even moved my bags while I was out during the day. Overall given the cost for a central London hotel, it balances out to pretty average; not great, not awful.

Very lovely hotel, close to Paddington train station, there is a food shop two steps away and a few restaurants and cafes around the immediate area. Very pretty.

My room was available when I arrived at 11:30am after an overnight flight and I was grateful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Heated floors in the bathroom were wonderful and unexpected!! Daily maid service was wonderful and I never saw them! Mulled wine in the afternoons in the lobby was a treat as well. Traveled solo and felt completely safe in the area. Walked around so much in the area, lovely little restaurants close by. It’s a lovely quaint hotel !!

The hotel was very convenient near the stations. There were different vary of dining options around in my area. It was quite pleasant. What I really enjoyed was that the atmosphere was nice and the people around were also great. However, I did enjoy my stay at the hotel. The only thing was that I booked a deluxe double bed room and they just gave me a standard double room. Overall, its just nothing to complain about but, the stay was very warm and cozy being that it's winter time in London. For the most part, I liked the Paddington area and would give them another chance to make my accommodation right next time!!

The room was a decent size, however when the hotel said ‘sound proof rooms’ everything the happened in the hallway throughout the stay was easily heard from the rooms. Was rather surprised by the heated floor in the toilet which was a lovely experience. Overall I’d rate the stay 7.5/10
