Dirty and disappointing
We arrived at 10pm to find a flat that had not been cleaned: the beds were undone, the trash was full, the sink was full of dirty dishes, pillows in the living room thrown on the floor. I immediately called customer service who said they would arrange for a cleaning the next day (and in the meantime we had to change bedsheets ourselves). This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional - and had we not been travelling with 2 babies, we would have left on the spot. I then had to follow-up 3 times with customer service the next day to check on cleaning - and even though it was completed in the end, the damage had been done. In addition, the flat is not as bright as portrayed in the pictures: there are no windows in the main bedroom, and the living room gets sun approx. 10mn in the day: although we had 5 days of bright blue skies the light had to be on all the time. Finally, the “garden” flat is more of a lower ground flat with access to a garden...
