Ideally located to see anything in London Central; underground station was at the end of the block; easy to walk anywhere (10 min walk to the London Eye); continental breakfast was convenient but a bit pricy for the offering; staff was not very knowledgeable about the area; free laundry services for guests; average workout room; no face clothes, only towels.
