Pretty good for the price and location. There was an annoying buzzing all night. At first I thought there was a helicopter hovering above the hotel but realised it couldn’t be as it went on all night and morning.

Everything was fine except the miniature bathroom sink I couldn’t washed my face. The next day I spoke to front desk and she gave me another room . Overall was excellent service.

I love the facade of the building. Easy to find and very accessible to walking, or using the local transport. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Would love to stay again when I visit on my next vacation.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our first room had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and we requested a move and they did so very quickly. Breakfast was very average but convenient and staff was also super friendly in the breakfast room. Location was very close to the tube and the neighbourhood seemed very safe.

Great customer service
Excellent customer service. Friendly and efficient at front desk. Rooms are basic and adequate. No written instructions for remote to fan, or for air conditioning. Had to get help from front desk. Very friendly staff member tried to help. But ultimately neither the fan nor a/c worked. Luckily the weather was mild and the window could be opened.

Excellent all round!
Excellent stay and great customer service. We were kindly given a large family room by the very friendly front reception staff. The family room was what we needed lots of room and comfort. Continental breakfast was really nice plenty of selection. Location was very good 5 mins walk to Pimlico station. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back again soon!

The property is an older building, so the stairs, hallways are narrow and cramped. The carpets in our room were worn and stained. The rooms are small. The good is that the property is in a central location, you can catch the train close by at the Pimlico Station. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Comfortable, good location and breakfast
The staff was really great. Polite, accommodating, and happy to help. I was impressed by the complimentary breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans, cereal, porridge, granola, fruit, teas, coffees, and more. We were put in the lower ground floor room 101. It was a spacious room with a standard bed and pull-out couch. The room was fine, although a bit dated. The only thing that bothered me is that the large windows opened up to a bricked area that seemed like it could be accessed by anyone, and I wasn't confident in the window locks.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Room was very warm and we were unable to regulate the heat other than by opening a window.

Very disappointed of this stay for the money paid. I chose to pay more for the area bc of its known brand the least but didn’t expect to walk in to this. I’m a traveler and have been and stayed in many hotels and this one disappoints. There was no AC noted in the site. Room is stuffy, noisy, carpet very dirty with stains. Couldn’t sleep bc of stuffiness and screaming people.

convenient to Victoria Station
Convenient to Victoria Station and eateries. Had been told we would have a room on the 4th floor but when we arrived we had been reallocated a lower level floor room which was very small and bathroom petite. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly the lady in the breakfast room and the young lady at reception at checkout.Breakfast was very good

The room was very small. No room even for a chair or drawers, it was smaller than a room on a cruise ship. we had to live out of our suitcases, and we even had trouble finding floor space for them. we booked for 5 days. knowing that ,you would have thought the management would have given us a better room. we stayed 1 night in the Holiday Inn in Heathrow. A superior hotel, with lots of room and at half the price. I know this Hotel is in a prime location and in my opinion is only good for one or two nights at most.

The location is pretty good, walking distance to Victoria station, Buckingham palace, etc. The room itself was also clean and nice. However, the elevator was super slow, and I heard several people complaining about noise. Our room must also have been in the noisiest area. Not only were we below ground and had people walking past our window each morning, but it was right in front of the elevator (lift), which meant that everyone going to breakfast walked past our door and made lots of noise while waiting for the elevator. Furthermore, the breakfast area is so tiny that there were no tables left for us to sit and eat. We literally had to bring our breakfast plates back to our hotel room. They really need to improve this!

Wonderful staff and location. Just know that the rooms are very small 120 sqft. or so. We did a ton of sightseeing and took many tours from Victoria coach station, so our time in room was minimal but the size of room is hard after a while. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. (2 travelers)
