While the apartment itself was rather decent and nice, the service and the way the management company TheSqua.re handles customer communication is rather questionable. I had to wait almost 2 hours upon arrival in the evening (arriving around 8:00pm, so not too late in my eyes). I even had announced the time of my arrival because it is mentioned in their descriptions that after 8pm it will get critical, but then I needed to keep calling endless times until someone finally showed up 2 hours later to hand me the keys. Upon check out I then asked if it was possible to leave the apartment about 1-2 hours later due to the inconveniences during my arrival but they said that it was not possible and very rudely just sent an email, asking me if I would provide them with 5 star reviews on Google and Trustpilot I would earn 100 so called “Squ air miles“ - just about enough to be redeemed for the late check out after all. It was tempting since I was in town for business and needed those 2 hours to get sorted with some things but I truly believe that 5 star reviews should only be earned for good and professional customer service, so I decided to check out at the given time rather than faking a review! And I will certainly never book with TheSqau.re again!
