Clean, central and fab value for money!
Great value for money! Hard to find but the guy on reception helped direct us. The mattress was very hard so slightly uncomfortable sleep and the apartment above us were noisy, sounded like they were moving furniture around! Overall clean, central and fab value for money! Would stay again and recommend to a friend.

Our stay overall was very nice, due to the covid situation they do not clean the rooms daily but the furniture and rooms are almost new. The room is very comfortable and the kitchenette is basic but enough. The only bad thing is that the property does not have an elevator. The staff is very helpful too.

An excellent room all round, highly recommend.
The location was excellent for Hampstead High Street with excellent rail, tube and Thameslink on the doorstep. You can park on the side streets at weekends too. The room was brilliant they’d thought of everything. All seemed brand new. Fridge, kettle, cooking ring and utensils. Loads of towels and toiletries. Lovely comfy bed. Bathroom so clean and shiny! We were at the back so very quiet.

Perfect little studio for West End Lane
The location of this studio apartment was ideal for a visit to our family who live just off West End Lane. The studio was modern . clean , lovely shower room . The best use was made of the room with a small kitchen behind double doors , even a flap underneath the tv for use as a table . Desk in the corner under the window. Plenty of plugs and port points. All in all -- perfect for our needs.

Treatment of guest: On arrival, manager was very unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least. Also raised her voice which is unacceptable. Couldn't find my booking then said it was only for one night not three as I'd booked. The actual place: firstly, it's a dodgy looking unmarked door, behind which is a very steep staircase. I was on the top floor and it took ages to drag suitcases up. Avoid if you have a large suitcase, any walking difficulty at all, or a pram! Also, the entire place was dirty, marks all over every single surface: walls, floors, everywhere, as if they'd stopped caring a decade ago. Fridge and freezer were broken, and lights cut out one night.

AWFUL..... Tired damp and in Desperate need of TLC
Check in process was about the only positive, very quick and easy. Had to leave a credit card swipe as a security deposit.... having opened the door to the “suite” I’m not sure what I could have done to the room to warrant £200 damage! The room carpet was thread bare. The wall had peeling wallpaper and more worryingly Damp mark all over the wall. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and the general furniture and fixtures were tired and in DESPERATE need of a refurb! Bathroom was at least clean ish. Although the shower arm didn’t lock in and was useless and kept sliding down. Only positive is the location. Near nice pubs and restaurants . Would not recommend.... spend a few quid more and stop somewhere better..... I’d have gone elsewhere but there were no alternatives nearby.

The room was very clean and practically set out (the little kitchenette behind the wardrobe doors. I could possibly stay there for a few more days (we only said for a night). We were in room 10 which is right at the top and they have no step free access so not good If you have a lot of luggage or a disability. There was a beautiful city view, just wish we could sit on the rooftop but the windows don’t open wide enough

We were satisfied with our stay. The hotel provides a modestly priced place to stay in London. The room is small, but clean. It includes a small kitchen facility. The WiFi connection is very good. Plenty of hot water. Lighting was good for reading in bed, but there are no chairs. The location is good, just a five minute walk to the Underground, and there are some good cafes and pubs nearby.

No lifts
There is no lift and there is no given info about it. Your hotel should have lift because of the luggage. The attitude of the receptionist doesn’t feel too nice. The floor above us is very noisy. The bed and shower is nice tho. The temperature that I can control is nice too.

The apartment door is not very noticeable at first and I had to ask locals where it was. I then had to go to another building about 500 metres away for the key. As you enter the building there us a steep set of stairs so if you have mobility issues it is no use as there is no other form of access. The room was tired and not very clean. It was marketed as a studio apartment however it is not even that. The small kitchen is squeezed into the area where the wardrobe would have been and with the cupboard doors open there is not much room to move. TheRe was a large gap under the door which I had to block with my bag to stop the light from coming through during the night. All in the apertment was in poor state and for what I paid I will not be staying here again

Good location for public trans and self cocking.
location is good. close to tube, train station. Stayed twice in last 2 weeks. First stay the front desk lady was nice. Room is clean but pretty small and many stairs. But can cook. That is good to save money since there are 3 grocery stores steps away. Had WiFi issue for 2 days. Fixed the second day. When I tried to leave my big suite case there for a 3 days tour, the front desk man told me not able to which was different from that lady's suggestion. So not consistant. Late he agreed so I was able to go without big case. When I back to re-check in. The front desk man asked me to pay in full in advance and deposit without explanation for what (no deposit for first time). And no smile and welcome at all. Anyway if you want to save some money and have easy access to public transportation to London downtown, this place may be a choice. BTW it can get Gatwick airport directly.

Out of town but with good transportation nearby
The hotel is very close to nearby transportation. The bus stops right infront of the entrance door or u can use the train at West Hampstead Station(Oyster card). There's a kitchen hood but it's not working so had to open the window while cooking. The room was a bit small but managable. The room was very clean and the nice clean lady is always there everyday if u need your room to be cleaned. We arrived early around 10am but our room was not ready. We left our luggages at the receptionist which is about 5-10 mins walk from the hotel's entrance door. There's no lift so need to carry your bags up the stairs. There's a few nearby convenience stores. Overall, the hotel is quite satisfactory

Well located studio flat with everything you need
Good location 5-10 mins walk from West Hampstead tube. Flat was small but had everything you needed and the bathroom had a nice shower. It was clean with tea and coffee provided along with a kettle, toaster and microwave - also an iron!. Slipper were a nice touch. Lots of places to eat, supermarkets, Coffee shops and pubs nearby. Journey time to Bond Street - Central London about 15 mins on Jubilee line.Overall a good experience.

Room and failcities as good as a top notch hotel
The booking in was a little confusing because I didn't realise the rooms were at different places from the reception, and the address I had on the booking form wasn't the reception, just a door - which was locked. My son found the phone number (since it wasn't on the booking form) and we were directed to the reception office, which was a couple of minutes walk away. Then the receptionist at first firmly told me I hadn't paid. I assured her I had and she rechecked and apologised, but I could have done without the first somewhat aggressive response. She told me where the room was, around the block, and then, thank goodness, agreed to show me where it was, which was good, since it was down an alleyway and it was already dark. HOWEVER, when I saw the room, I was delighted (a studio set-up with kitchenette). Modern, clean, even slippers, A delight. #And the location for me was particularly advantageous.

198 Suites in West Hampstead
The accommodation was absolutely fine for what I needed as I was attending a concert and then a birthday party in the local area. The 198 suites are not clearly signed but I finally located the entrance however after picking up the keys at a different location (just up the road) I then had to change rooms as the TV in the one I was originally allocated was not working. Overall the bed and facilities were of good quality and I enjoyed a good nights sleep. There are plenty of reasonable places to eat and drink in the local area and it is a short walk from the tube and local train station. I would stay again.

This is not a fancy place, but the value is hard to beat. It's well located, just a couple blocks from the West Hampstead tube station. From there, it's only a few stops right into the heart of central London. There are a number of good restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance of the hotel. Be aware that the room is very small. Two full-size suitcases take up most of the floor space available. The mattress was firm, but comfortable. The kitchenette consists of a small fridge, two electric burners, a microwave, and a sink. A few dishes and silverware are provided. There is a Sainsbury Local and a Tesco Express on the corners of the block for picking up groceries. The staff was very helpful, and allowed us to check in earlier than normal, since we had an early morning arrival. Also be aware that the reception desk is actually a few blocks north of this building, at 274 West End Ln, and they don't open until 9 AM.

Long weekend in London
The room is nice and clean, 10 min walk from West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee line). This is a quiet residential area but the main road is full of shops and restaurants where you can find almost everything you might need.

For what you pay in a good area of London with easy tube/rail access to the City, this place is quite a bargain. By no means plush but has all you need, including (in our case) a little kitchenette if you wanted to make your own basic meals.

West Hampstead is a lovely residential area with gread shops and cafes. The accommodation was satisfactory but nothing exceptional. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable enough. It isn't luxury accommodation but serves the purpose. Everything worked OK buts were a little worn. It is about 10 mins walk from the underground / overground Stn. We can recommend Brioche for breakfast just a few mins down the main street

all arrived late and tired, collected keys and walked the 200 metres to the apartments which were clean and fully equipped to live in. Hassle free experience.

Really really not impressed with the service and communication between Expedia and the hotel. Paid for my mum and dad to go away all the way to London for the weekend for my mum to be told that the reservation was cancelled! And that I had received an email saying that it had been cancelled (London lettings) which I hadn't, but then I got an email on the Thursday from Expedia saying my reservation number and other details for the booking!!! Luckily the apartment behind the shop was free for my mum to stay in. Really not happy

Staff seem to be confused about our stay and a little slow in responding to simple questions. First room was not clean and bed looked used. Second room behind reception was better standard and most importantly clean. Having stayed here many times before this is thr first time standards have dropped. Please check rooms before handing over any money.

stayed 6 nights - plug sockets packed up on Monday morning and Thursday evening - no-one was available to fix them so I needed to change rooms (as there is a walk between properties owned by this group - this meant packing my bags and walking in the rain) staff very helpful - both rooms clean, but definitely a bit tired. need the broken handles, chipped tiles, sealant around the shower and frayed carpets replacing. Great access to tube overground / Thames-link trains / supermarkets / restaurants and coffee shops (all within 3/4 minutes). Beware also of the stairs to the flats (they are all above shops and there are no lifts, fine for me, but could be a problem for the the less mobile) very quiet considering location and overall, good value for money (please just fix the little cosmetic things - they spoil the accommodation) would stay again. of course it is budget living but it does have the potential to be very smart for the cost.
