It was a nice setting and in a good location. Staff were friendly, attentive & quickly responded to our needs. However the big negative was that despite being a 5* hotel, there were no sun beds at the pool and our efforts to ask the hotel to provide them proved unsuccessful. They said the sun beds they had previously had been broken & were not replaced. They said they would check with the senior manager but there was no update & when we asked they were unable to give an update/reason. The food was repetive and not to our taste. It looked better than it tasted.

Property was good but lacks training to staff right from entry into the resort to exit, no one to pick your luggage, breakfast was average and no proper service by staff at breakfast. Receptionist calls to inform the checkout timings and tells be ready on time for checkout , really phthatic

Really good studio suites and bath products. The restaurant has a nice mix of a la carte options. Buffet is your standard Indian fare. Property is serine and peaceful even though it's just off the main highway. The Balinese influence of decore is beautiful, along with the art in main areas. The library is inviting to sit and read, while the pool area which the rooms overlook is tranquil and lush with greenery. Highly recommended for a city escape. We never left the property for the days we were there. Spa packages look great as well although we didn't get to try any. Staff are kind and courteous. Will definitely return if there is an opportunity one day. A gem on Expedia!

The rooms are fantastic. The service level can improve especially at the restaurant end. The spa was underwhelming. A better restaurant and a better spa can make a huge difference if it matches the stay experience.

Good stay at Lonavala
Nice hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. Well maintained and clean property. Decent menu options and tasty food. They should probably be more prepared to handle the weekend crowd especially during breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Rhythm is a nice mid-size property, just right for a good family getaway. I stayed there with my wife and daughter for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of the stay. Comfortable rooms, good food, good service. The waiters and chefs at the restaurant will come and talk to you and help you with better food choices. Same in the entertainment zone, where we even got some pool lessons. All in all a great memorable stay

Rhythm is truly a fabulous resort. From the moment you walk in they give you a welcome drink and plenty of smiles. Urmila at the feont desk is an exceptional young lady. The manager Mr. Jackson is always so helpful. The restaurant made me non spicy food. I really appreciated this. The housekeeping staff are great. The rooms are spacious , bed is comfy, and they have tv channels in English. I love it.

We were upgraded to a bigger room which was very spacious and cosy. It had the best hot shower in India, good TV service, all we needed was provided. The food choice was good too.

Lovely staff!
It was a very pleasant stay as far as the service and staff is concerned. They took good care of us and made our stay extra special as it was my husbands birthday; they even sent a cake to our room. The staff right from the GM to the F&B manager at the restaurant and the waiting staff at the restaurant were super. The only issue i have is with the room maintenance and the value for money from that perspective. I found a lot of dust in the room and even after the house keeping had come in, there was still dust. the bathroom is clean, but could do with a good deep cleaning and dusting of the towel shelves. I am being very critical here as the rate of this hotel would match that of a 5star in Pune ie aprox 10k per night and when it comes to the rooms maintenance and also bed linen it really need to be some looking into. The room Wi-fi was not great at all and the TV cable kept goin off as it was raining and the connection kept getting disconnected. So if you plan on working or need the TV for entertaining then you really can't depend on it. To be completely honest if it weren't for the staff and the awesome service and care they took of us, we would not have had such a lovely stay.

Excellent Hotel!
I was visiting Lonavala with my two aged parents - which had its own challenges. The hotel and staff could not have been more accommodating. From special food requests to room needs, we wherever well taken care of and the property is well maintained and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who's used to luxury and topnotch service. Thanks Rhythm.

Perfect for a short break
The stay was made comfortable by the helpful staff. The dinner along the poolside with a live band added to the charm of the resort. The location was convenient with ample parking available. The breakfast and dinner had a lavish spread for the entire family.

Aims to please
Very pleasant staff. Extra bed provided we asked for was uncomfortable but they tried to fix it. Restaurant staff were excellent with a personal visit to our table by the head chef that was great! Front desk were good. Just a little disappointed we were asked to check out early by 10am due to a big wedding taking place that I thought should not have happened for such a hotel

Nice hotel with excellent staff
I would rate this hotel 4/5. The Pros and Cons Pros : we got an early check in staff and food is very good They have a game room on the 3flr which has table tennis and pool Cons : Location. The description says suite but it’s just a room. Swimming pool is not conducive for swimming. It’s more like relaxing in the water .

Good property very good staff
