I would highly recommend it. Excellent location, right across the street from Albert dock, 20 min. walk to Lime Street train station. Friendly staff, great breakfast and a convenient place for a nightcap!

So convenient for touristy attractions in this area. Comfy beds and thank you to member of staff who accommodated us in rooms next door to each other. Friendly staff. Housekeeping staff always cheery too with “good morning!” Would recommend this hotel!

Rooms were great, clean, safe, close to Royal Albert docks, staff upon checking in were quite short and seemed as if they didnt wish to help us, however she may have been having a bad day.

Town very close. John Lewis pretty much on your doorstep if you go out the back of the car park. Albert Docks over the road and a Tesco express also really close. Good self-service breakfast for £12 and free for children with a paying adult. The door room key card stopped working about 4 times which was a bit annoying.

My friend and i stopped in the Ibis in liverpool found it very clean the staff where very helpful except one she was quite stroppy the breakfast very good all though the plats were a little small the other thing when i booked the break i did mention that my friend used a walker for support helping her get around and needed a disabled room stroppy said we hadnt booked one we should have insisted as there was a large step into the bathroom also a shower with no hand rails or any diability aids this was very disapointing over all everything was good xx
