Dirty. Nothing was clean, ants crawling. Didnt get the suite i paid for and then they tried to put me in another room with people already in it. And finally put me in a dirty room with doubles instead of queen or king. Overall would never stay again. Do not recommend. Stay somewhere else.

There was some bug crawling on the wall and an ant in our bed. The staff said they keep up on exterminating, and that since it’s a pet friendly hotel, sometimes bugs come in with dogs. That would make sense, except the outside door we were right by led to the pool area. Not an area with grass for dogs to do their business. The toilet kept running every so often, you’d have to flick the toilet handle for it to stop. The phone didn’t work when we tried calling about something. At the breakfast, they had scrambled eggs, the other half was empty, no meat of any kind or even some kind of potatoes. I was very disappointed, since I looked on their website to see what type of breakfast they served when deciding where to stay. One of the weekend days, they had an extra display of some kind of chocolate pastry, cookies maybe. It was emptied, and the person never did refill it. I’m a chocolate lover, so that was disappointing. It should’ve just been removed and the space left empty like the days before.
