I did not like how far it’s from Paris Uber drivers all the time to go to the city is expensive the staff in the cactus restaurant need to improve their costumer service skill a lot!! they are not friendly or maybe they don’t like their job not sure ..it all goes hand in hand with the service level and it makes the hotel not a pleasant stay.

The shuttle servie between the airport and hotel was perfect. The checkin staff were accomodating and very helpful. This hotel is a perfect choice for layovers and access to CDG. Great room!

If you get to the airport after the shuttle 22:30 left already, good luck getting to the hotel, taxi drivers will not take you, I had to give a 20 euro tip. Only one young man with braided hair and one young woman are friendly. Everyone else has a serious customer service Problem.!!
