I like that it's not as big as the huge hotels, easy to get up to the rooms and back, like the location with easy access to the Aria and NYNY. However the restaurant situation is abysmal. Literally the only place to get breakfast is Starbucks. Luckily NYNY is a short walk to a plethora of restaurants. Also disappointed in what they call a "sportsbook", which wouldn't even open until 3pm

I was booked in a king sized bed room, they put me in a double queen so we had to move. Get into new room and toilet does not flush. Then the power outlets either didn’t work all together or gave surges of power so things took forever to charge and forever to dry my hair.

Be prepared if they are not ready for check in (we showed up right after Electric Daisy festival) however the kiosk to check in was great and staff were helpful during the wait time for rooms.

It was ok for a Vegas strip hotel. I stayed one night for the Janet Jackson show which was amazing. They were very slow on check in. Even worse on check out and bellman counter. Need more staff
