The room we had, which was a double Queen in the Ivory tower, needed some attention. The curtains were torn, the bathroom faucet had hard water buildup, the office chair was peeling, the pillow case had a hole in it. We expected better from this resort.

Used cooler in the room for a few personal items. I was charged for using it. There was no note on door stating that a fridge could be rented and moving items from cooler would be a charge. There was $44.22 a night resort fee. That was never mentioned when i checked in or made the reservation. Waited for ever to get a waitress in the casino.

The room was quiet hot when we entered as the AC was off, and we were never able to get it to cool down a comfortable temperature. Room itself was nice and clean, the bed was just ok, I have slept in much more comfortable beds in hotels/casinos. One nitpick, the toilet paper was razor thing and felt like sandpaper, worst TP in a room in a long while.

It was an okay property. Was here for a wedding at the property so chose the location due convenience to that however I would never stay here again and I’ve been coming to Vegas for 15 years. Rooms need renovations and upon arrival the first room I checked into was dirty with stains (I have photos to prove) - moved me to another room more stains however less than the other. Overall gross however the fantasy suites are way better - don’t book their regular rooms ever if you choose to stay here. Huge difference in comparison. Wish I knew that prior to booking because their regular rooms are heinous. Overall won’t ever stay here again but the staff is really nice and wonderful. The only win of the property. Employees in Vegas are amazing. But take your money elsewhere so many better options.

Reasonable off strip option in a good location. Good water pressure in the shower, but the hotel shampoo/conditioner is trash. Mattress slid off the bed frame every time I got on or off the bed, can’t set the actual temperature in the room (at least in the ivory tower). Great blackout curtains

So many things where broken in my room. Had Maintenance cone in fix the ac and mini bar and other things. And then they tried to charge me for everything in the mini fridge i was like heck no the guy came to fix it never took a thing out of it. They charge a resort fee of 40$ a night after you check in.

The staff is unprofessional and rude! I was given a double bed room when I had requested 1 king at booking and was not offered an upgrade or allowed to cancel for a refund. The room looks old, outdated and no views whatsoever, they claimed they are sold out on a Monday night …ridiculous! I called other hotels and they all have vacancies and much closer to the strip, this place is a scam! Do not recommend.

Bathroom lighting was terrible. The toilet had a difficult time flushing at times. The cold side of the sink faucet was broken. The beds did not stay on the frame— they slid away from the wall all weekend. The staff was excellent though!

Not a nice place for families. Hotel staff very unhelpful and couldnt answer the simplest queries of the area. We asked for our bathroom to be cleaned after we found a long hair in our shower when we checked in. Room service arrived 6 hours later waking us up at 10pm. Reception then called at 11pm again waking us and our kids up to see if it had been done. Appreciate vegas isnt a family place but surely a fairly expensive hotel could do a bit better.

Prices for the room were affordable, however, they nickel and dime you for even the basic stuff like access to a mini fridge. I looked everywhere for somewhere to fill my water bottle before going to the gym... Nothing. People smoke cigarettes in doors in Vegas. Not the fault of the hotel, just gives me a headache. All staff members were very nice and accommodating. The thing that really ruined my trip, I had a bag full of gifts and souvenirs that I bought throughout the trip, and the cleaning staff accidentally threw it away. I'm so upset. Expensive items and priceless momentos. I'll never get those back as I'm from the East Coast. I filed a report and the staff was kind. We will see how it goes.

The property itself is clean and has so many things to do offering multiple restaurants. Bell staff are some of the most helpful and sweetest individuals. However, the front desk staff were cold and barely answered any questions or provide any information about the hotel along with the amenities oftentimes becoming standoffish when asked for water or questions as if it was the most inconvenient matter ever. They are the only reason my rating dropped because the property itself is clean, spacious rooms, excellent restaurants, and the coolest bar with the most breathtaking view.

I like the fact it’s “off strip” for starters. Check in took longer than it should have. The room was not updated, “night stands” stained, and the mattress was like a slab of concrete. Check out was also not great. While I received a link to check out to be more streamlined, they found no record of me staying there so I once again had to wait in a nice long line.
