The restraunt was good at the Iffel tower. THE SERCURITY WAS TERRIBLE AND WITH ATTITUDE! THEY BROKE INTO MY TRUCK AND STOLE MY TOOLS ,ETC. I'M PAYING FOR PARKING AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SECURE !

The stay was fabulous! We would have liked our room to have been cleaned within the three days we were there to get fresh towels and linens. Other than that, it was great!

I was really nervous to check in because I heard the process could be a nightmare. But we didn’t have any problems with the mobile kiosk. There wasn’t a lot happening that weekend so our floor was pretty quiet which was nice. I would stay here again.

Great place but the rooms left a little to be desired. Tub wasnt cleaned out and the hot water was inconsistent. Sometimes it took too long to warm up and often the hot water didnt last long enough. Everything else was top notch

in-person or kiosk check in process are extremely time consuming due to the large amount of guests checking in at the same time. This is a well-known issue for quite some time now, but I do not really see any improvement on that matter from Paris leadership. I would recommend to add 5-10 additional check-in kiosk.

The Versailles Tower is advertised as the Paris but it's not. It's the Horseshoe. It is connected but a good walk to the Paris amenities. Rooms are mediocre at best. No safe, no fridge, no coffee maker, no place to put soap etc in the shower except the floor. 40.00 for a pina colada at the pool.

Good location on the strip. Clean facility and plenty of good restaurants in the hotel. American Bistro was perfect for breakfast and offered delicious, large portions of food. No cigarette smell and felt secure inside the hotel. Rooms were clean and the beds offered adequate support and comfort.

We had a wonderful time at the Paris, we were upgraded to a suite and our party that was with us also got upgraded with a view. Food options were fantastic, especially loved the Vanderpump. Would absolutely stay again.

Location is good (middle of the strip) Versailles tower which we stayed was still under construction but advertised as newly renovated.AC was mouldy and had a scent. My wife and was sick after a few days. Uber pick up is on the other side of Paris a bit of a walk. There were construction workers right outside of our window drilling, cutting going up and down in a lift. No privacy and could enjoys our strip view at all. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive and limited options and small portion sizes. Had dinner at the Paris restaurant which was a 45 min wait although we had a reservation and arrived a few mins early. Will probably go cosmopolitan considering they have the same view with a balcony (fresh air is needed in these hotels. Pros - Center of the strip CVS right in front Pool was nice

For spending several hundreds of dollars each night, plus an additional almost $60 resort fee, the check-in process is shocking. They don’t allow early check-in without paying an additional $50 , and then the line up to check in from 4pm onwards is , without exaggeration, hours long . We left the line and gave up - there were 3 people working in a hotel of this size -!- we came back at 10pm to try again and there were 2 people working , but one was dedicated to VIP ; so just 1 to check in all the tired and weary travellers that are paying for a hotel room that they are not actually using - because they can’t check in. No self check-in kiosks were anywhere in sight . The receptionist/front desk also confirmed that every night is like that , and there are always only a few people working - for a hotel that has thousands of rooms ! It took over an hour of waiting . On a Wednesday. The line up on Thursday and Friday was much much worse when we walked by - children were crying . Paris / Caesar’s - do better. You might make money off gambling and drinks versus check-in, but people remember their first experience in your hotel - and it’s not one that makes them feel valued or wanting to come back .

It is really hard to choose how many stars to give for our stay because some things were excellent and some things were disappointing. The front desk and wait staff are exceptional, however housekeeping stole a new pair of expensive shoes from our room. Facilities are beautiful and plentiful, but one day the elevators went down and we got stuck in the stairwell. That was scary. The rooms were gorgeous and the bathrooms nice and big, though the lighting in the bathrooms is terrible.

Tried to check in early but rooms was not available, drop off our bags at the bellhop baggage area and walked around till our check in time. Came back around 3PM and was surprised that we were upgraded to a suite. Room was not available till 4PM but happily waited for another hour. Room was amazing, nice fresh and clean. Huge and the bidet was a laugh. The Whirl Pool was the best. Jets were super strong and needed after a long days walk! Will location is convenient where everything is around you. Will definitely stay there again..

I've stayed in Vegas before and the rooms were better soundproofed than this hotel. All the outside noise came through. The room temperature wasn't regulated well. The TV only has wifi and there wasn't enough bandwidth so our signal kept dropping, for basic cable TV. The Eiffel Tower wasn't open at all and I was really looking forward to that experience.

The decor, restaurants and shops were all clean, well maintained and absolutely beautiful. For the price of the room, I was not expecting a room so nice! Even the collapsible luggage bench had french style embroidery! The beds were very comfortable and details like the crown moulding offset at the window allowed for the blackout curtains to fully blackout even the curtain rod. Very nice, will definitely recommend and stay here again!

No hot water in sink, tub or shower the day I got there and the morning that I left. For some reason had hot water the full day that I was there. I literally left the sink tap on for 3 minutes and nothing but cool temperature water for me to shave with. I check the tub and shower and the same thing. The day I was leaving very early in the morning, it would have been nice to take a shower, but again no hot water and had no desire to take a cold shower at 4:30am. Disappointing.
