I really like how easy qnd fast check in was and also being able to use my phone as a key. The room was comfortable and clean. The Monorail also made it convenient to go shopping and to eat.
We never got our room clean. The faucet in our room is old and flimsy. The plug in the restroom is not working. There is a rust stain by the faucet. 19-336 .. The casino is clean amd we felt safe.
The MGM is by far my favorite hotel in vegas it has the best gaming options, the best night club, by far the best fine dining options with whats considered the best restaurant in the world Joel Roubochon.
Check in was a nightmare. Called a few days before and from the airport at 11:30 pm the night of check in to let them know we would be a late check in (11:30 pm/12:30am) Got to check in approx. 12:15 am took front desk 10 minutes or more to find us a room and finally went to room and found it a mess from last guest. Back down to front desk to get help. Finally housekeeping came, very nice ladies that did that. Never got into room until 2:05 am.
We loved everything about this place! We had room problem when we checked in and they quickly fixed it. The shopping, pools, spas, entertainment and food was awesome!!
Someone before us in room 19-410 left their false eyelashes stuck to the picture frame above the desk. Not sure why they weren't cleaned up before we checked in but it left my family thinking the room not really cleaned at all. My husband ate from the Asian restaurant in the food court and immediately said something wasn't right about his food. He spent the next 36 hours getting sick and stuck in the room. We have stayed at most of the MGM properties and MGM Grand is at the bottom of the list. Will not be staying there again.
