I loved this property i stayed here when my husband and I eloped and plan to make this my Vegas property! Its nice clean quiet great giew but planet hollywood right next door with all the action!! 10/10 for us!!

The accommodations were suitable, I had no issues with the location, cleanliness or the amenities. My issues lie solely with the staff, the HGV sales people and the overall messaging of this resort. If you are not an owner/member of HGV do not waste your time here. They treat you like crap. There are so many restrictions to staying here if you are not a member. For instance there was no seating in the pool era and the entire top half of the pool seating was dedicated to just members and it sat empty the entire time while no one could find open beds or seating. Plus the pool is FREEZING cold, they lie and say it’s heated…it is not. Then please do not do the “Sales Presentation” their sales tactic is to insult you, and make you seem stupid for paying for vacations to manipulate you to join their membership. It is not worth whatever they are promising for 90 mins of your time. The sales person we met with so rude, he left me speechless. He basically said it was because we were “poor” that’s why we didn’t want to sign up for the membership. It was a surreal experience. I will never make the mistake of booking this property ever again.

Comfortable, nice view of the city, connected to the miracle mile, walkable to everything. Staff very attentive and quite nice. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink didn't drain well and the tile in the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned well. Those were minor issues. Nice place to stay all in all. We would stay there again.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Elara! Great to go to a casino free hotel after spending the day out and about. Love that it’s connected to the Miracle Mile shops and to Planet Hollywood casino.

Rented a 2 bedroom suite with my family. Tons of room, easy parking (18 bucks a day) incredible views (ask for room facing sphere), full kitchen and laundry. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. I’ll stay again.

Great location and staff were helpful. However I was on a lower floor that faced a parking lot. During the night you would get the occasional car alarm going off that was annoying. They didn’t have any other rooms available for me. Had to sleep with ear plugs the whole time. Rooms were decent sizes.

The shower was broken and they tried to fix it. At first, they said it was late, but I insisted it to get fixed as we only stayed overnight and when will I have a chance to use the shower? The repairman ended up fixing it. The next morning before we checked out, it was broken again. I think we need to really do a 360 check on all equipment inside the hotel, it is not cheap to stay in any of these hotels.
