Our smoke free room smelled like an ash tray. The ventilation system was terrible. The entrance was consumed by cannabis smoke as well. This whole place is a health code violation in my opinion. Also, the coffee they served was terrible. We were originally booked for 6 nights but stayed only one night. Will never go back there again.

Everything about the property is over priced. Fuji water in the room is $24 a bottle. Buffet $60 and they ask for tip for letting you serve yourself. Old Vegas was much better than the new 'resort Vegas'.

Bellagio was beautiful! My wife and I stayed there 3 nights, and the show at the "O" Theater was fantastic. It's said that the show is sold out every night..

Upon check in the first thing I noticed was the nasty smell of cigarettes and cloud of smoke. Recommendation, put the smoking section in the back so you are not breathing it in during check in. The rooms were outdated and not worth the money. Now lets talk staff, the women who checked me in was very sweet and kind. She smiled, referred to me by my first name and made me feel welcome.

I went to LV with my teen for a quick getaway. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic, central to everything. The hotel is connected to other hotels and there is a tram. The food was good. Visited the Mob Musuem, and saw New Edition and David Copperfield. Will visit Bellagio again. Very secure! We love LV.

Did not like that there was no coffee machine in the room, also we could not bring leftovers from dinner because the refrigerator was full of their honor bar items. We upgraded to the fountain view and did enjoy that.

The robe in my first room had a hole in it near the shoulder. I asked for a room away from the exit and the elevator because I am a light sleeper. I was given a room which was diagonal to the exit and was awakened at 5:00 am with a loud boom from the exit door. Some of the lights did not work in that room. The new room I was given had a complete view of the parking lot! Did not get good service from the manager. She called me “Hun” and acted as if I was putting her out when I complained about the first room. The bartender in the restaurant let me sit there for at least 10 minutes before he asked me what I was having. Customers who came after me were greeted immediately and were asked what they were ordering immediately! The mgr could not get a bellman to retrieve my bag from the baggage claim though he was clearly not busy! The mgr appeared embarrassed by this.
