Check in experience into the hotel was terrible. We booked a fountain view room (which was priced extra) and called front desk twice to inform about our flight Landing time. Once we reach the lobby, there was a 30 min wait in queue just because only one person was there to check people in. After half an hour wait we were told their property is fully booked and we don't have a room there.
When we confronted about our confirmed reservation, it was told 'You have a confirmed reservation but no room was guaranteed'. I don't even know what exactly does that mean. Basically they overbooked their rooms. Their front desk staff was so rude even when it is their fault, that you won't feel like interacting with her sensibly. Front desk staff I was interacting was 'Traci'. She was just handing over a slip stating you can go to our sister property and a room will be provided there.
When I asked for her supervisor, she (Tee) came out and at least she knows how to talk to customers.
She informed that they really overbooked, if we are ready to wait for 40 min, we can get our room. We agreed and waited. When we again went to the front desk, Traci informed Tee already left for the day, she does not know when will the room be cleaned and it is still not available and it is 'Tee' who promised the room in 40 min, not her. Half an hour more and multiple followups at least made possible for us to get a room but when we reached there, could not fid the 'Fountain View', just a parking lot!
