Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very reasonable price. And daily housekeeping, which is hard to find nowadays. I stayed for 11 nights and everything worked just fine.

arrived mid afternoon, 30 degrees out... and so was our room, took 3 hrs with wall heater to get it to a decent temperature. dont spend money here

Football weekend in West Lafayette, game at 3 :30pm. Surprised to find 2 cars in the parking lot when we arrived around noon. Even more surprised to learn that we could not check in until 2 pm-"the maids need to clean." No effort to find clean room, no effort to notify us when one available. Given the absence of cars it is impossible to believe this place was even close to fully booked last evening. When the game was over we returned to find the door locked with a telephone number to call. 15 minutes later the same individual appeared to check us in. This rigid adherence to checkin rules might be OK in India but is is unacceptable in West Lafayette. Go elsewhere

I went with lower price and got what I paid for - minimum staff and amenities. Stopped to check in before getting supper, but no one was at front desk. After ringing bell a couple times and waiting a few minutes, decided to return after dinner. When returned later, a person came to front soon after ringing bell. Internet was down for guest Wi-Fi. Breakfast options:cold cereal, prepackaged sweet roll or muffins, coffee, milk, juice.

It was a horrible and terrible stay
There were bed bugs and we could not sleep during the night. My kids had red round spots due to bed bug bites and it turned into small wounds. I had to get an antibiotic cream for them. There was no drinking water. The breakfast was too cheap. They can do boiled eggs. It was only cereal. No fruit included. It was too much cheap cut savings by the hotel. $90 for a night is not cheap. A lot needs to be improved. Drinking water is basic necessity and I had to get it from outside. Virpal

The parking lot needs quite a bit of work done to it. There was no vinding on the property, so if you wanted something to snack on or drink, you had to go to the nearest gas station. There was a separate heater in the bathroom and it did not work, called the front desk and they said that there was nothing that they could do at that time.

We have stayed here often and the owners are so very pleasant. If we are staying with them in the summer we phone a couple of hours prior to our arrival and they turn on the ac in our room; if staying there in winter months we call a couple hours prior to arrival and they turn the heat up in our room so it is nice and toasty when we arrive. 'The hotel is 2 miles from Purdue campus and this is a great plus. The owners are always on site and warmly greet one and all on arrival. The rooms are very quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
