Tired old hotel.
Old hotel, defered maintenance. Craked sealing. Non draining shower.
Cons: To long to list
Located in Ladispoli, Miramare is near the beach. National Museum of Cerveteri and Archaeological Antiquarium Of Pyrgi are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Castello di Palo and Etruscan Necropolises of Cerveteri.

Staff is very friendly. I checked in early and was given the room since it was available. The location is excellent as it is close to the beach and a 15-min walk from the train station. The breakfast was good enough but the server was exceptional. The bedroom was comfortable. It didn't have air conditioning but the ceiling fan was adequate, after all, one would want the air from the sea. Having said that, I'd still recommend that this information be clearly stated on Expedia if the room has a/c or not. After all, the guest deserves to know exactly what he's paying for.
On a car trip to Italy. Stayed here on our way back to Rome. Hotel was perfect! Nice classic old building! No on site car parking but you can park in white lined spots on the surrounding streets for free overnight. Breakfast was good and we took our plates along with capacinos to our room and ate on our balcony at our nice table overlooking the sea! Also got a great sunset into the sea the night before from our balcony! Only negative is the area, while on the sea, felt a little past it's prime and kind of ... tired. Eating at the nearby piazza later in the evening was cheap but felt a little edgy. Daytime the area was fine!
