Hotel Alle Tamerici is located on the waterfront and in an area with good shopping. National Museum of Cerveteri and Archaeological Antiquarium Of Pyrgi are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Castello di Palo and Etruscan Necropolises of Cerveteri.

This was our crash point to wind down after a week in Rome and driving to Pisa. It was on the beach and has it's own courtyard, pool and private beach areas - not much use in March though. It has 24 hour desk and the car park is inside walled yard - Big walled yard.
Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was typically Italian - pastries, meats, cheese, coffee, and juice. Shower was very small, even though the bathroom was larger than usual. Heating in the room did not seem to be very effective. Overall a nice hotel for a night's stay.
I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the Etruscan tombs at Cerveteri, which I visited the next morning. The staff at alle Tamerici were very hospitable, and the restaurant on site was very pleasant; their home-made pasta with lemon zest was delicious. The hotel is more like a retreat than anything else. One can walk around the grounds as though in a cloister--very peaceful. The seashore is just steps away. In late September, when I visited, Ladispoli is pretty dead, so it's a good thing I was looking for a restful day's stay.
After a week touring Tuscany this was a last day relax before flight home the next morning---the sun shone and the beach bar served tasty pastry nibbles with a cold beer and fresh orange juice so settled onto the black sand for a lazy afternoon and a brief dip in the chilly sea. Very quiet as before Easter so only a few local families and half a dozen rod-and-line fishermen sharing the shore. It was a steady 20 minutes walk along the beach to see the marina then back, working up an appetite before retiring for a powerful shower and change then next door for an evening aperitif at the promenade bar as the hotel bar didn`t open until 7:30. Then into the hotel restaurant for a good selection of dishes to choose several fish dishes as advised by the maitre D`, splendid. We needed to leave before breakfast served and a packed one was offered but don`t bother as v.basic.We allowed an hour to get back to the Fiumicino airport as hire car to return off-site, which worked OK despite there being fog delays. Overall a good short stopover hotel, in quite large grounds but may get noisier later into the season.
Pros: Staff very obliging, a good choice of rooms and the restaurant served good local sea food despite the low season small occupancy
Cons: The approach route shows you the back of the hotel which is its worst, looking very run-down, and the security side screening doesn`t help much.
Location: Only there one day so just the immediate area which had a good bar with inside and outdoor seating next door. Easy walking to view the marina .
Nice stay. Large room. Nice city. Nice breakfast. Easy to walk around town
Location: Lots of pizza and pasta. Not too many other kind of restaurants
