Unbelievable two night stay $647 through expedia $178 extra charge upon arrival from paradise point. 10 years ago this place was beautiful and worth it. After looking at my bank it cost over $800 just to be close by sea world. Disappointing and NOT worth $400 dollars a night. Choose a $150 comfort inn and get free breakfast and better beds. So sad and disappointing!

I expected a little more from this stay for the price. The location is spectacular! The views are stunning. The building is old and left us a bit let down for the resort price plus the fees are insane for what they provide. They do not clean everyday and they said to call for service and supplies when needed so when we did it didn’t happen (they later asked for a rating and when I put a 3 they were quick to try and make it right) it is not 26 a day for parking as it said on the listing… it’s 45 per vehicle per day. Plus the 75 a day resort fee (it’s too high for them not cleaning daily and the rooms are very basic) We asked for a microwave and it was not working (tray wouldn’t rotate so it would smoke if used more than 20 seconds) it did the job of warming pizza for the kids but was also a disappointment ; as I did call about it before leaving for our outings at 8 in the morning and it wasn’t attended to as they said when we returned to our room that evening about 7 pm (they did however that evening bring the towels and remove the trash that evening about 8 or so) Staff were all very friendly and helpful when interacting with us on our stay. (It was just unfortunate that the ball was dropped on the Wednesday morning request) I usually would not say anything about it. However when paying for a resort experience and the extra fees I feel like I shouldn’t have to ask for towel’s/trash services or coffee refills; it should just happen! It was a safe and fun place to stay!

Front desk which is first impression was on point. The clerk was very kind and understood our needs. The resort itself it’s a beautiful property however the sheets on bed were raspy. So uncomfortable, the bathrooms weren’t clean. There were 3 hairs in shower. I’m not too convinced sheets were changed because they actually had stains.. I slept with clothes on so I wouldn’t have no direct contact with bedding. It’s cool that dining areas are on property.

Additionally, since you had the air tags on your keys, we were able to perform a “test” in which the golf cart was driven around to see if the keys moved and they did not. I loved the fact that the resort had so many activities available on site. The number of pools and hot tubs made this resort a place I would definately return to. I loved that there were separate pools based off of preference...ie adult pools, family friendly. The resort was gorgeous especially lit up at night- romantic atmosphere. For those who enjoy fun but quiet this resort had a super quiet environment after 10 pm. During the day they had excellent yoga classes with a gorgeous view of the water. Renting the bikes to ride around for fun was a great activity. If i were to suggest improvements to the property I would say mini microwaves in every room, upgrades to double sinks for the rooms, have staff check around pools periodically as other guests leave messes/wet towels and the birds that fly over leave messes on the ground. Vents in bathrooms need to be cleaned out...excessive amounts of dust. Otherwise staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful,and prompt when we needed anything. You can call the lobby at all hours for assistance. Although there were charges for use of the facilities and parking it was worth it. I will return to this location.

We were charged 40$ per day for resort fees plus 30$ parking, however the resort was not functioning. There were no lawn chairs to be found on the beach, the swimming pool was closed, the activity center was a complete waste of our vacation and would like to claim some of the fees back.

Property was excellent. Only complaints are pool should be open all night or at least later than 10pm and I don’t think we should have to pay to park. Each bungalow has its own designated parking spot so I’m not sure why they need to charge for parking. Otherwise, great resort.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, the grounds are spectacular, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated beautifully. The location is great, close to downtown, boardwalk etc. we plan on coming back again, this time we will stay longer!

I like that Paradise Point Resort is bas8cslly all-includive. Unless a guest chooses to, there s no need to leave the property. The Spa s excellent, the on-site restaurants offer varied menus, their are activities too numerous to mention. Finally, the staff is second to none - attentive, pleasant and professional. They took care anticipate my needs and address them n advance. Bravo!!
