The hotel is fine but not the staff. Lacking of basic amenity like hair dryer is a surprise for me. It took 3 calls and 1 hour later to receive it via reception counter.
Was charged twice for the hotel bill as well. Have to call Expedia to settle the bill.
Inconsistent customer service where they agreed to allow me for late checkout at 1pm. 12.30pm called me to checkout.
Upon checkout, I passed the cards to the reception who is happened to be the duty manager. Process my checkout halfway through, he decided to pass my checkout process to his staff and I have to wait for the staff to process all over again. And the duty manager continues with his phone.
