It was bad. We had to wait very long before someone come down to pass all the keys. It stated here that credit card deposit is accepted but we were asked to make deposit with cash. Not only that, we need to hold to room key which sometimed work and sometimes does not, when we scanned at the lift. There is also another red card for security purposes. So in total, we held on to 2 room cards, 1 security card and 1 parking card, which is too much of a hassle. The 2 room cards are our preference for our convenience but i wonder if they can do better to consolidate the room keys/card and security card together as different places require different cards to enter. Our shower hose is also spoilt from first day, thought we can bear with it till check out and didnt make much of it. We reported it on the 2nd last day, only to realise no one attended to it once we return to the apartment. We were out for almost 12 hours and no one rectified it. They only replied sorry their maintenance already out of shift. There was no courtesy call to apologise at all. Deeply disaappointed in our stay. We wont return again.
