Room was quite rundown. Bath towels were dirty. Main door latch was broken and it wasn't fixed after complaint. Main door was locked using key and not card access, we were provided with only 1 key and caused inconvenience when going out. Master Room aircon was not working, had to turn on living room aircon at full blast to keep the room cooled. Windows were dirty and the nice city view was ruined by it. Fridge is dirty and we didn't want to use it. Other than the convenient location, really nothing much we like about the stay.

Booked 8 rooms altogether for a business trip and the standard is WAY BELOW expectations. Room is old and cabinets worn out. No heater, bath tub is cracked and dirty, walls are plastered and patched. And greeted everywhere with small roaches. I won’t want to comment on what’s under the bedsheet. Asked to change room twice but rejected immediately.

Do not book here! Photos used to advertise this property must be many many years old. There is rust in the bathroom, black mould all over the walls and ceilings. Broken furniture and torn carpets. They were still changing the sheets when I entered the room, pillows and mattress covered in unidentifiable brown stains. On seeing the mould, I immediately told Expedia I refused to stay in the room and process a refund for me, still waiting on them.

Stayed here for the second time in 3 days. Was suite hopping. This is probably the best apt I stayed in Time Square having stayed in 3 different suites within a week. Quiet and spacious.

Worst customer experience?
Upon arrival from Singapore at 3pm the apartment was still dirty from the last person. Meeting Mohsin he tried to cancel my stay and demand 200 Ringgit if I wanted the room, saying there was a mistake with the price I booked on Hotels.com. He said my refund was already underway - this was a lie. He left the room annoyed and upset saying I needed to check out at 7am. Eventually a friendly cleaner came to clear up the mess in the apartment. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioning doesn't work and the door doesn't lock properly so slept feeling unsafe and wondering if the agents were coming back in the night. Very strange experience, eventually a knock on the door at 7.50am another agent asking for the key card. Worst customer experience and most comical situation in one go!

Very good location. Very large unit. Excellent service. The owner gave us his whatsapp number and we could reach at all times of the day and he helped with anything g we needed. I would recommend for anyone coming to visit Kuala Lumpur you have access to everything and for the price it was perfect!!!!
