What I like:
1) beautiful hotel
2) quiet location
3) pretty close to town
4) quite clean
5) comfortable
What I hate:
1) check in took too long
2) staff doesn’t seems to know what they’re doing
3) messy organization
4) booked a car to take me to the airport, staff gave me a car plate number. On the day that they were supposed to take me to the airport, they changed the driver and car without informing me. Asked the staff about it and it seems no one knows about it and concierge is not even around to do something about it! Rude and irresponsible!
5) transportation is too expensive if organized by the hotel. Better off taking Grab.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay without needing people to serve and attend to your needs, this hotel is perfect. The hotel might be nice but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Throughout my stay, I didnt bother depending on them for transport and service because they are slow, inefficient and disorganized. You’re better off taking Grab as a means of transportation and just do whatever you can yourself, then you’ll have a pleasant stay. Staff cannot be depended on for good service.
