Everything was super good because at affordable price they came with The breakfast for two for the room I booked. The first day I checked in they gave me free upgrade to family room, how surprised I was back then. The next day I would like to extend my stay for another day but wrong date was selected via the Expedia app. By calling the Expedia call center they ease the process to change the date as to extend my stay for 2 nights in total. I'm happy during my staying and would recommend to any of you outside there, those looking super cheap accommodation, you can try Myhotel. Great job you guys. N tqvm

It's a pratical experience for travellers esp malaysians. Clean sheets and practical utilities help for a comfortable stay. Good for company paid trips but not practical for individuals where breakfast outside the hotel was provided.

Hotel was close to transportation with easy access. Room was small but clean. Upon arrival noticed smell emanating from the drain in the bathroom and after couple days it was mentioned to staff and the issue was rectified expediently.

Shower is not working properly....
The shower/hot water is not working. The water was cold. They don't provide bath mat. That's my only complaint.

Overall a good stay..plenty of light in the shower through the window.. Shower had a glass door.. So in the morning it was very early bright in the room. Breakfast is around the corner at ABC rest.. Clean and nice Asian breakfast.

Stayed for one night, then booked again for 2 nights at the end of our journey. Overall great value for money. Perfect location next to KL Sentral, lots of cheap and tasty places to eat nearby. The room was quite spacious for this price, stayed at way smaller rooms at this price level in Malaysia. Good bed and pillows, had no problems sleeping. Aircon worked fine, room had all basic amenities (Fan, safe, kettle+3 sets of coffee, hangers, etc.) Shower with hot water, also a shelf above the sink to put your stuff on it which is very convenient, but not all hotels have it. Some people blamed their breakfast, but given the price you pay for it, it's not bad. It was only 3 usd more to add breakfast for 2 person. You don't get much (you can choose from several simple dishes like basic nasi lemak (no meat), roti canai with curry, etc. + 1 drink per person), but it's tasty and it's located at the restaurant outside the hotel so you can order something else in addition to what you get.

Better than last time we noted much cleaner BUS BREAKFAST Whas a load of rubbish you get sent to ABC Food then you are given 3 choice 1 egg and coffee or 1 toast and coffee (yes 1 toast no butter or spread just 1 small toast and coffee Manager informed us that they will be getting restaurant back but they could do better Very sorry to write this report but things get done when bad feed back is reported You could have done better to regular customers Very sad we had to give this a not so good report but next time please do better
