Nice hotel. Good location and next door to a metro. Friendly staff. Only one area of improvement: breakfast buffet has local chicken dishes for the full week. There is no alternate protein choices such as fish or beef. Menu rotation would be desirable.

So convenient to Ampang station walking distance to KLCC and Petrona Towers. View anazing breakfast was awesome best i in Malaysia. Pool good for cooling off but room was too cool to sit around. Just dip and leave. Room was large witg great big bathroom amenities were good. Had microwave bonus ir you wanted to heat some food. Staff were very friendly. Had a great lunch set menu for 28rm. Loved our stay would stay again.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of infuriating. Upon my arrival, not a single staff member bothered to assist me with my five heavy luggages, forcing me to struggle on my own. The shocking part? Observing the selective assistance provided by the security guard and lobby staff, favoring non-East Asian and Western-looking guests. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. As if that wasn't enough, my room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel's no-smoking policy. Despite reporting the issue, the housekeeping staff offered no solution, attributing it to the previous guest. The replacement room didn't fare much better, plagued by an army of mosquitoes originating from poorly constructed drainage in the shower area. I had to resort to makeshift solutions, using disinfectant wipes to cover the drainage hole. I have photos of everything. The incompetence continued with stained and unclean bed sheets being replaced during my stay. During checkout, the security guard displayed utter indifference, watching me struggle with my luggages without lifting a finger. The contrast with my positive experiences at other Kuala Lumpur hotels highlights this establishment's abysmal service and dirty, poorly constructed rooms. This hotel's exterior may be fancy, but its service is the worst I've encountered. I strongly advise against staying here, as the staff's neglect and discriminatory behavior make it an entirely unpleasant experience

Really nice hotel, in a great location. You've got 2 rapid rail stations very close by to pick from for easy transport around KL. There's plenty of restaurants, convenience shops and shopping malls within walking distance. I didn't realise the hotel was so high up so (41st floor and up)! Great views. Staff were great and helpful when they could be. I had a slight issue with trying to get through to the reception a couple of nights to order room service but this was perhaps due to a few busy periods. Free coffee every day! Buffet breakfast is great. Pool is lovely and recommended going for a swim late evening to see the city lit up at night. I didn't use the gym but I walked in and it looked very clean. Laundry room is very handy so you can do your own washing, and very cheap (they supply the detergent). Overall this is a lovely, clean and safe hotel and I recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a convenient place where you are close to two MRT lines and a Jaya grocery store as well as a food court. It is just about 10 mins walking distance to the KLCC twin towers. The hotel staffs are very friendly to help everything. We like the self-laundry service -- it costs 10rm each for washing and drying. We are traveling with a group of college students who need place to work sometimes. The hotel staffs kindly allow them to use the dining place even though the students did not eat there. We highly appreciate this help! The breakfast has many choices and the view from a skyscraper is quite unique. The amenities are great for a 4-star hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we wish to go back there next summer.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, well maintained, comfortable and moreover, their staff provide excellent service. We arrived early having taken a 5am flight and their team let us do an early check in to rest up. On our last night, we were unfortunate to have stayed next to an extremely rowdy wedding party that was partying at 1am in the morning, so the staff acted immediately to offer us an alternative room to sleep in for the night. We really appreciated the thought and consideration in this. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely come back the next time we are in KL. Total value for our money 👍

I was surprised that the lobby was on the 40th floor, it is not your traditional ground floor lobby so waiting for taxi’s etc was a pain. Room was good as described. Spacious and clean and coffee was good. Breakfast was excellent selection. We stayed two nights and the breakfast was different each morning. Overall great experience. The only downside is this is an expensive area, correspondingly all meals are expensive.

Seen better days
This is my fifth stay at Element. Its not as good as I remember. It needs refurbishing and friendlier front desk staff. Also, bring back the complimentary breakfast and heated pool.
