Bad Management
When i arrived on the day i had booking to check in, the staff told me already fully booked. I said i already booked earlier, they said already send email respond all the booking were cancelled. I felt upsad and need go around the area looking for room, especially that day is Saturday.

Good but dont expect too much.
Staffs are very nice, trying their best to communicate with us even though they hardly speak english. Property/Room obviously have no maintenance. Water tank of toilet continously flowing. Faucet dismantled itself. No smoking hotel but the whole venue smells like cigarette. Complimentary breakfast of sliced of loaf bread with boiled egg and coffee or tea on satisfactory level. Perfect location, just a walking distance from Petronas and Menara Towers. Over all, 6/10

Located in the city center
The location is quite nice since it is in the city center. But the room doesn't quite smell good, the fridge wasn't functioning well, and the water can't reach my room. Like I have to switch it on and off so I can have the water back again. My mattress was torn and the pillows were smelly like I wasn't really comfortable with lying on them. Although I paid a cheaper rate but I just think I deserve a deserve at least a decent room. I did not have a shower towel and wifi cannot reach my room. The next time I would travel, I would not mind paying much just so I can have a comfortable room to sleep in.

solo in Babylon guest House
1) Good Electronics Security Entry to main room, small fridge. Wifi is good 2) Good CCTV monitored, Air conditioner working fine, adequate power sockets, hot water and sitting bowl OK. 3) Bad : no room sound proofing, water pipe sound, 4) Bad:linen are old, head height safe deposit box malfunction. 5) Bad toilet folding door full of fungi

Rundown place
I will never stay in that place ever! Room was run down. Water heater for showers did not work. Water pressure was low. The toilet was door-less! Towel looked like a piece of rag. The air-conditioner could not be adjusted. The room was like a freezer at night! And no room service. I had to clean the room myself! The only consolation was that the guest house is in the Bukit Bintang area; near restaurants, clubs, shopping malls etc.

It's in a very good location, nice and close to almost everything but no towels were provided. Smells like sweat is coming out of the walls maybe mold. No exaggeration

Cheated!!!
I made online booking and FULL payment on 25th October 2016 for my stay on 29th October 2016. Unfortunately when I arrived at the guest house around 10 PM, I was told that my booking was cancelled and the management already assigned the room for somebody else. The management never call or email me regarding the cancellation. Just image how difficult for me to get accommodation on 10 PM and with all other guest house or hotel fully occupied!!! I only manage to get hotel 30 km away from KL city!!I want FULL REFUND!! DON'T STAY AT THIS GUEST HOUSE!!!!

Budget Friendly Hotel
Good for a budget stay if you don't care too much about the cleanliness, facilities as well, but it is comfortable. Just the hot shower not functioning. Breakfast is provided so you save your money on that.

Budget Accommodation for Savers
Although we didn't enjoy the accommodation, I would recommend the ones who are finding the cheap and budget accommodations with limited facilities. As a guest house, it will be a suitable place to stay for a short duration. Hotel staff were fine, and they immediately responded to our complaints and requests, such as, no waters inside the bathroom and arrangement of car rental to airport. Breakfast was provided as basis. Rooms were not clean much because of limited house keeping. You cannot buy any water bottles or drinks in the empty fridge. My friend found a bedbug which caused him quite uncomfortable. Air Conditioning is satisfactory. The location is quite good enough to get access to many restaurants and local foods, and the nearest monorail station is just within 10-15 minutes walk. Overall condition can suit for a person who just seeks for cheap guesthouse in the good location of Kuala Lumpur, but it is not for the ones who want to expect hotel services.

Actually I would not blame it completely to the hotel, because I should know that something to cheap would not be that great.. But I spected to be a little more. The sheets were stained. The room had no windows. The bathroom was small and all together ( toilet, shower,washands). The room smell horrible, and it was so tiny.. And they had no toilet paper. I had to stay there and survive. Of you're looking to be comfortable in your hotel room, DONT stay here, but if your looking for a cheap place to sleep. This is your place.

How come the hotel said that they don't have the copy of our booking? So they don't enough room to give to us. We booked this trip early and yet we still experience that. It's not acceptable. I will not book to expedia again.

Basic Accomodation
A bed, fridge, aircon and a shower/toilet. Also free wifi but was slow when every body using it. The rooms are adequate no windows to the outside, I would recommend the use of ear plugs as the other guests can be quite noisy between midnight and 4:00 am. Breakfast was included and described as continental but in reality 2 slices of toast with jam and a boiled egg, tea or coffee. you get what you pay for. The restaurant next door was very good for meals etc. locals use so therefore good. I probably would not stay here again.

Well basically its a guesthouse and do not expect much from there. You get what you've paid. No television, no towels provided, very very weak wifi signal,only lobby area has the strongest wifi signal. This is my first time staying here and will be the last time. Can hear clearly people walking and talking outside the room. Spoilt refrigerator inside my room. Pillows with stain. Dirty sink. The only good thing is the strategic location.

This place is cheap, and you get what you pay for - but compared to other places with the same price - this was very bad and dirty. it does not look as on the pictures... I asked for toilet paper the first day as it was not in my room - never got any. The towels were old, the white bedcover was dirty with bloodspots!! discusting, I ended up never sleeping in this bed, and stayed with my friend instead but came by everyday for my luggage as I already paid for 3 nights.. The aircon had then started to leak water out, dripping on the floor, was all wet. The ONLY good thing with this place, was the location! Right next to the party street and close to everything else. I think this is for backpackers that dont care - But if you want a clean, quiet place - this is not for you...

It is what it is. $10 a night will not get you a lot in KL. The only time I was in my room is when I need it to sleep or take shower. Staff was friendly and most of all great location for night life and eating.... Make sure to bring toilet paper with you (it's not provide it). One more thing, no alcohol is allowed in your room.

Not the best choice in town
I have made full payment via Expedia and none of the hotel staff noted about this. Upon arrival i had to struggle to look through my emails for the proof of payment. Shown to the receptionist and got my key. Unfortunately my payment was for two nights and the did not noted it. On the second night one of the staff had to open the door with the master key at around 1am when i was asleep. Sorry to say the staffs are all not local and cant communicated well. The first day of my stay there was no water supply until the next day. The bedsheets and sofa was dirty too.

Don't be fooled by the external facade of this hotel. Looked like a cosy and comfortable place but was stuffy and the bedding didn't appear or smell clean. Will think twice about coming again.

it was the worst days i ever spend in my life
it was the worst i had to leave the hotel ,it was all bad area hotel was`nt having bed properly service was not at all about the hotel service it has written free break fast just we had got tea in that bed sheet&towel were tore&smelling hot water not working a.c was`nt working we called for a.c so 1 girl told to adjust for few days&rooms arent the same as shown in the picture there was no t.v free wifi was promised in booking but it wasnt thr only i had taken another hotel & shifted there that was only the last option for me

I got a separate room with no windows but with a working air conditioner. Walls were so thin that I could hear people snoring, sneezing, talking and walking in the corridor. This wasn't disturbing my sleep though, but if you are a light sleeper you should be aware. Two people would feel comfortable on a queen-size bed but there wouldn't be any place for personal belongings, except for your own bags and a few hangers available. No closet or a bedside table, only a bed and a small fridge (working as well). Shower was not working at first but it was then repared in 10 minutes after my report. Toilet paper was also given on request.

nice place to stay. Centrally located.
nice place to stay. the hotel is centrally located in KL. A lot of pubs and restaurants at a throw away distance. Petronas towers can be reached by walk. Worth the buck.
