This hotel was wonderful. It is very central to everything you want to see in Au nang with. The beach is a 5 minutes walk down the street, and the street food market across the street from the entrance. The food inside the hotel was delicious, the hotel common areas were always clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a children’s play area within the hotel so it can get a little noisy if your rooms are below/around it. But the noise was never unbearable. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Close to a lot of things, being on one of the main streets. The beach was a pretty close walk. Clean room but a little older. Mostly noticeable in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed how clean and crisp the hotel felt. The bathroom was really nice, however the shower leaked. It was also very loud in the halls and echoed. The doors were easy to slam and very loud when they did. Pool was nice, but there could have been more chairs.

There is a water cooler in the hallway to fill up your water bottle. Such a helpful and eco friendly feature! Affordable, clean, very close to Ao Nang beach, restaurants, and shopping. Coffee shop in the lobby. Recommend and would stay again.

Lovely hotel
Everything is good. When you reach the hotel, the friendly welcome by receptionist then due to our flight is kinda early. They able to give us early check-in for that. The breakfast is just nice, not too much and not too heavy. The pool at the 5th floor is very nice too so as the view there. Overall, the stays are very well. Just there is something we felt quite weird. The design of toilet bowl. It faced to the shower glass and the space is too narrow.

Location is excellent . Two blocks from Ao Nang beach and in the middle of the restaurants and shopping area. The rooms very large, well furnished, with cool A/C, strong WiFi and hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Considering the price I pay for the two rooms, I was not expecting so a nice place. Highly recommended 👌🙂🙂

Room in clean, there is water dispenser provided on every level so we could help reduce plastic waste, location is very strategic on the main road close to many shops and Aonang beach, there is coffee o club at the lobby. Aisoon Khun, the assistant manager, provided exceptional service. Only cons were that the room perfume was a bit too strong for me and it’s facing the main road so quite noisy at night. It’s a very happening spot at Aonang with many bars so this was quite understandable.

My family of 4 stayed in one room (all adults). Clean room, not real big but perfect for us because we only stayed 1 night. The location is perfect; close to restaurants, bars, and a 5 min walk to the beach. The atmosphere here is great, and we will definitely stay longer next time!

It's noisy. You can hear your neighbor talking, people talking at the hallway can be heard. The bar infornt of the hotel is so loud at night especially so if you looking for a good night sleep this is not the hotel for you. But a decent place to stay if you bring a earplug along.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable beds. Loved having the use of pool/beach towels. Pool was great on the roof top. Nice views. Loved the water coolers to top up our own bottles. Breakfast was really good. Part of coffee club. Have us late check out which was awesome thank you. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was really good value and delicious. Pool needs work to make the space more inviting but it’s clean and refreshing after a long day in the sun. Closes too early though. Slide fun for kids but parents please don’t let your kids run up and down at 5.50am! Would benefit from a drying rack on the balcony. Otherwise highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel on 4 - 7 August 2019 in room 219. The room clean was not too bad even when I started to check in the room was a bit sandy but could be forgiven. the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well as the staff at the cafe were very friendly, the hotel was close to all the basic amenities and very interesting to walk around.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The only problem with the room is the shower. The water temperature is hard to control hence the water will turn to extreme hot or cold.

We stayed here 2 nights. We thought the room was a little run down/ worn out. Toilet seat was beat up and tile joints in bathroom looked gross. The shared spaces, including pool, felt well maintained though. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Also very important, the bars across the street were very loud pretty late, but it didnt bother us because we were so tired each night. Not a bad stay, just wish the room felt a little fresher. I think we got what we paid for since it was inexpensive.

Terrible location, unhelpful staff
Extremely loud bar next door that blasts terrible live music from 9pm to 1 am. The singer is utterly gone deaf and it is impossible to sleep. The staff are fully aware of this and yet when I checked in they did not even mention it or give an opportunity for a light sleeper to get a room on the opposite side. When confronted by this obvious problem with their hotel they just smile and do nothing. The room is also in pretty poor condition with terrible soundproofing on a busy street and a bathroom that barely has any water pressure. Overall terrible hotel, terrible service, I’m not sure why it had good reviews.

Short stay .back packing
We stayed here for 3 days as we’re back packing around it’s a great location close to the beach and the shops and bars the staff are great and very helpful .

AMAZING!
This hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all, the bed was SO comfortable!!! Best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. A plush but firm mattress. The hotel and room where clean. The location is perfect. I LOVE the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. No complaints

Kokotel is a fab hotel chain
Clean rooms, very friendly staff and a short walk from the beach and other places. Breakfast was simple and good.
