I had paid for the stay through Expedia on 29th Jan, but the hotel said they did not receive the payment and made me pay again. I showed them the proof of my pay, but they do not care. What a shame, I trusted Expedia, but they used a third party to pay for the hotel and was not done. This is very bad, I checked the reviews before I signed up for the hotel, but still cant believe this. Very sad and unpleasant. Not sure will Expedia act on this matter with the hotel staff.
