The beach pool was really lovely, its a shame ther is a road between the hotel and beah pool. This was unclear on booking. It turned out fine though. We loved the breakfast and the brekky staf were wonderful! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Was in a good location though the beach is not for swimming. You have to walk up toward Lamai so I was a bit disappointed we were not lying on a beautiful beach. Otherwise the hotel was good value.

Everything was perfect apart from the toilet in our room which didn’t work

Staff excellent although reception had no English. Everything very clean and in good condition. Breakfast was OK but couched to asian preferences which was good for us. The two restaurants were poor to terrible, definitely only a 1 star rating. The open air restaurant next door was infinitely better. Lastly the photos on the web inferred that the resort was on the beach but in fact it was across a very busy road.

Family room was good, breakfast selection was decent and but the rest like the pool, beach and check-in experience was a let down

Breakfast buffet was miserable. Room service times were very short. Reception staff spoke little English. Overall not a good experience. Room however were pretty nice.

The resort itself was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast, pool, rooms, and staff were all amazing. The only potential negatives would be the cost of food at the restaurants/pool bar when it's not happy hour, and the location isn't exactly ideal (a 15-20 minute walk into the main part of town/main Lamai beach, and a taxi ride away from other main beaches like Chaweng or Bophut). Sometimes the wifi was also spotty when we used our phones (laptop worked fine oddly enough). Overall though, I really enjoyed the stay and the staff were very accommodating and kind. Would recommend!

The beach was dirty. Staff could certainly clean up. Great breakfast. Lovely architecture. Spacious room.

Hotel was lovely. Breakfast first class. The 2 things that let the resort down were the high prices at the pub, beach bar and restaurant. And the state of the beach which was full of sea weed so unable to swim in it. It was a shame because the pub was empty all the time even when it poured of rain. I feel they have missed a great opportunity with the pub as we would have used it most days and especially nights for a drink before bed. It was also too expensive to drink at the beach bar so we did what most others did and went to another bar with a pool where the food and drink was half price.
