I have booked this place through expedia for my sister and her husband as a part of their honeymoon package. When thy arrived at the hotel, hotel staff told them that their booking has been cancelled without offering an explanation. When I check my emails I could not find any email saying my booking was cancelled either from expedia or from Treboo Heritage. When I told them over phone that I have made a complete payment for the booking and where is the refund...?I got a blunt answer saying we are not responsible for your refunds .. check with expedia. Later the same hotel staff offers to book room for them under same old booking I have made though expedia(doesn't it it sound strange ? If my booking is cancelled why would you make one more booking using the same transaction details). Since my folks were tired thy took the option. They said stay was great, roof top restaurant was superb and food was delicious. So my complain and rating here are not for the overall stay but for the behaviour of hotel management in treating external bookings. Don't mistreat your customers just because you have a dispute with expedia.
