"Great motel for passing through the area, I will definitely stay here again. The redwood walls add a nicer ambiance over the standard motel wallpapers, and the furniture was nicely updated as well. I liked that each room had a dedicated parking spot, especially being so close to the highway, it felt safer to have the car by the room from a break-in perspective. Desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location for getting out to the beach or some hikes (right on the highway), easy walk to some amenities and only a bit further or short drive into town for even more restaurants. Only quibble is I could have used a nightstand on each side of the bed and some small power strips for each side for easier device charging."
