Comfortable stay, spacious and clean room, walking distance to mall and eateries, easy to book transport. House keepers efficient and friendly. Housekeeper Mr Doni very polite and helpful.

Neo Manga Dua Hotel is located in the center business and development economy arena in North Jakarta. The location is very strategic for those who want to see around North Jakarta. This hotel near by Damri Bus's pool, so if you want to use public transport to go to airport, this hotel is the answer. Near by a lot of delicious food street court and the street restaurants provide different menu. I like all the staff here started from FO, Such as Saiful, Stefani, Haris, Levina and also cleaning staff Alfian and Asep. Further more the Hotel Restaurant also provide very good delicious breakfast. Thank for all restaurants staff, Chef Ju, Afit and Kevin.

Hotel is 30min from airport. Located next to Mangga Dua Square which is very quiet and most of the shops are untenanted. Room was comfortable. Bedsheets were clean. But bath towels were dirty and torn. Removed my towels on 2nd day housekeeping and did not replace. Shower gel dispenser is empty as well. A little more attention will be greatly appreciated.

The Lobby had a bad smell. I am sure it is not some kind of air freshener that they have used. It could be the central air conditioning that was the problem. The whole lobby smelled like rotten eggs. That was through out my three night stay. The management should look into it seriously.

SUPET NOISY HOTEL
I did not know that this hotel was just beside the railway. The train is going on throughout the whole night. Never ever choose this hotel unless you are a super heavy sleeper. Location is quite good and their breakfast is decent.

Good hotel but with accessibility problem
Few issues to point out: It was difficult for the taxi drivers to find the access to the hotel. It seems there are no clear signboards for the hotel along the road. They have to pay Rp.5000 parking fee even for dropping off / picking up passengers to / from the hotel. Check-in and check-out takes longer time. Hotel is located close to the railway line. The signaling and horn sound could be disturbing especially for the 'sound sensitive sleepers'. Otherwise the hotel is ok. Very close to a big shopping mall with lot of restaurants, Carrefour etc.

My sister and I locked the hotel room for sure before we went to my aunt room which is couple doors away. however when we got back, the door were open. Thank god nothing missing from our room, I also notice my neighbor door was open a whole day as well. I assume the problem with the key/magnet, cause my aunt locked herself out and has to reset her key for few times.

I stayed here few months ago while everything looks new. But it was a but disappointed as the hotel seems run down and many many things seems lack of maintenance. However, room is comfortable and quiet enough for a good rest. Good for business trip.

convenient and comfortable hotel near the mall
Upon entering the hotel lobby you will be attracted to the female staffs with short silver hair at the front desk. Hotel has a vending machine for snacks and drinks and other non-edible items. There is also an ATM machine. It is a short walk to the Gunung Sahari mall at Mangga Dua. Lots of eateries and shops to visit. Room was clean and comfy.

ok for single business 1Day stay
Second time staying this hotel, overall is a good stay for single business person. believe the chief/cook has no passion in cooking, nearby road stall taste better. morning room service clearing the room is noisy. tv receiving not good, wifi soso. near the train rail track noisy. more than 1 day stay will not choose this. taxi not a problem getting one.

Disappointed with Neo Hotel...pathetic room service, no wifi in room. No syncronization between reservation desk to reception. I had to stay 30 min at reception to get room key. Definitely many things need to improve in this hotel.

OK for a short stay
The hotel is located near Ancol. Good to stay for exibition purpose in Ancol. Room is ok but can be better with the bed quality and amenities. Breakfast is below average. Calling a cab to taxi , grab or Uber need to pay extra 5000rp to access to the hotel which is Not ok at all. Hotel spa service is not simply body massage but the therapies ask for tips and ask for extra services as well which is another bad image for the hotel. wifi signal is bad, end up using my own mobile data. much more to improve.
