Pathetic and shameless staff
This can not be a lemon tree hotel. The staff is either untrained or they are shamelessly pathetic at the reception desk. Once again I stuck with this hotel due to emergency and I hoped that they will improve their services this time as RedFox in Delhi is a really great hotel. Gave me a room where Exhaust doesn't work and when I complained, their attitude was "Meh, just the exhaust fan rest is working fine". I would suggest Lemon tree to take some action on this hotel staff. It was my second stay in a week and they manage to ruin that too. Breakfast was below average.

Few things - 1. A room was given that was flooding with freeze's defrost water. 2. Then they changed the room to adjacent one but that one didn't have the main door lock working so everytime you step out, you have to call the master key boy to open room for you. 3. Below average food. Bit close to not edible. 4. Morning, no hit water in tap. Had to run water for like 20mins to get some hot water. 5. Narendra was my attender at checkout and he argued me that how i should I use the tap to get hot water like I am an idiot. I had better stays at Oyo rooms than this. I would recommend it for a stay.

Ok for near airport stay.
Booked at the last minute. Hotel is located close to airport. Rooms are large and convenient. No soap or shampoo. Bed cover had some spots. Breakfast was not more than ok.

Good choice!
Good hotel with all amenities. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a great choice. The hotel is located on a busy street but there is absolutely no street noise. Would stay again at the Red Fox. The checkout took very long though.

Luxurious stay. Very warm and hospitable staff.
It was a great experience. The staff is warm hospitable and hard working. Special thanks to Mr Ramnarayan at the clever fox cafe. It was the wedding season and the guests were very noisy however on request by the staff the situation was handled.

Can I have a rating as 0 or to be honest as -ve. The most pathetic experience I have ever had. Rooms clumsy , with with no oiling in door Hinges give u a feeling of that you are residing in castles of vampires and ice on d cake was that they served us non veg instead of veg in Navratras. What a horrible holiday !!! Nowhere this hotel stand near to Lemon tree counterpart. No room cleaning, you have atleast call them couple of times before eventually they take their work seriously. In future I would really filter out this hotel especially on my holidays.

Poor stay experience
Would not like to prefer red fox at all as the experience was really bad. Poorly managed and hotel service was very poor. Even after an hour of check in the room specified by me was not available or ready. Post check in also the service was bad.

Free Wi Fi a Misnomer
The room was clean. However the free Wi Fi was a misnomer. Two half an hour sessions per day were free which should be disclosed at the time of booking or else we as consumers would avoid booking through webportals. It would be honest to disclose it at least.

Great Location
Seeing the overall way to the hotel I thought it would not be that good, but eventually i found it great. The hotel was at an awesome location and the service provided were worth every penny. The rooms were quite comfortable but the TV was small :p Overall 5/5 seriously... Go for it

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. I went with my wife to Jaipur on the extended vacation(Aug 15th-17th) and as expected the hotel was totally booked. I booked through Expedia and upon check-in, the guy(Kamal) at the reception told us that they do not have a King Size/Queen size bed available so you have to manage on two single beds! I was supposed to be on a vacation?? He offered me complimentary Wi-fi that too only for 24 hrs upon my demand!! Apart from this, hotel is good enough in this price-range, room is very well cleaned, breakfast buffet was decent.

100% Satisfaction, very light on pocket
We were group of friends, few bachelors and 3 couple.. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in while traveling in India. The hotel is very economically priced (we took our deal from online portal), still offers the luxury of atleast a 4* hotel. Very easy to reach, in the middle of city within close proximity to tourist spots. The rooms are very tidy and well maintained. Best part is the breakfast - it's a full course meal with options for all genres.. We had problem with online booking, the desk staff helped us through it without a lot of problem... Recommended for all... Will surely visit again..

1. Lack of hotel staff to even check out properly 2. If anyone is coming for luxury or pleasure, hotel is not for you as the rooms are small, bathroom is creepy small, bed is not that flexible which should be. 3. There is no campus in the hotel. Its just a standalone school type building with poor security. 4. Food is just okay and not that delicious. 5. If you are late by 10 minutes to your morning breakfast, they do not allow you to have breakfast, cause they are strict business hotel. NO meaning of couple enjoying sunday morning. Also, I have not seen any hotel whose breakfast closes sharply at 10.30 with cleaning & no one in the room as if we were the only people staying at the hotel. Even after our request that its just 10 minutes late, they said the breakfast will be fully chargeable. 6. My experience was that sometimes person makes mistake, and this hotel selection was my mistake. I will take care in future. Hope my review helps you in proper selection. Instead please select bella cassa etc. It all depends what is your purpose. If a personal has come just to stay, they can go for this hotel. Family & couples should try to avoid it. Also, they won't allow you to stay a single minute after 11.30 (No point requesting them till 2'o clock)
