Nice location, one mall in the same building, another mall and movie theater across the street. Also close to the local attractions/tourist spots. (nice for foreigners like me!) One thing I didn’t like is that the hotel overall was not as nice/clean as I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bar/restaurant was nice enough, but the overall condition/cleanliness was not worthy of 4 stars in my opinion. (Not as advertised)

Very comfortable accommodation
Very professionally operated hotel, with great service on every level. I also enjoyed the fitness area and spa services while staying there. Enjoyed room service meals, and a couple of meals in the buffet area. The reception staff offered to send me off with a packed breakfast on my 4 am morning departure. A nice touch! Highly recommend to international travelers who want a very comfortable stay for a very fair price.

Fine service...ok condition 4 star at best
ExcellenT service by front desk reception, housekeeping, and restaurant manager, very good breakfast, dinner buffet disappointing but was offered a dish off menu that was excellent. 2 night engineers did not know how to adjust AC so 1st night was freezing. Enjoyed a nice steambath. Hotel room towels very rough and scratchy. Bed luxurious and very soft.

Service good, but hotel is outdated.
Hotel staff were very good and accommodated our needs well. We were given an upgrade, so the room was large, however it was in need of some fresh paint and the carpets in the hallways were really dirty. The bathroom was old and was in average condition. The location of the hotel is right on a busy intersection and roundabout and was very noisy, with traffic going all night. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Centrally Located, Best-in-class, easy approachabl
We went to Jaipur for 2night stay and as always Fortune Select Metropolitan was the best choice. There are couple of reasons to say the same. 1. Best location possible to stay in Jaipur as its centrally located and very close by to the posh locality of C-Scheme. 2. It is also centrally located from the various places to visit in Jaipur. 3. too many options of eating joints nearby. 4. Hotel rooms are very tidy, spacious and the staff is also very courteous and supportive. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and trust me it was the best decision to stay here.

Although things look nice from far away, upon closer inspection, everything is falling apart. Poor patch jobs in the bathroom. Both of those on the ceiling. Rusty bath fixtures. Dirty light fixtures. Cracking paint. The Wi-Fi is a scam. They don’t explain that one Wi-Fi card is good for 24 hours. They say that it is good for a day. But at the end of the day when you go to get another card, so you lose several hours worth of time, and they charge you to get a new one.

Nice hotel in Jaipur
We enjoyed our stay here. Very modern, clean, the staff was very pleasant. We went to the spa for a foot massage/scrub and love it! The food at the restaurant was really good.

Excellent hotel in Jaipur
The hotel was a wonderful oasis in an interesting city. I enjoyed my stay immensely and plan to return often. Priyanka treated me as though I were her grandpa and I appreciated it very much. Your entire staff were very professional and helpful and Priyanka added a very sweet and pleasant flavor to my stay. All accomodations were first class and I look forward to my next visit. Nice hotel, good location.
The rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit old. Staff in the lobby very friendly but in the 3rd F restaurant the waiters need some practices in customer service. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the Indian food was not tasty (we had chicken tikka and kebab. The breakfast, on the other hand, was good and the cooks and managers were very friendly and help.

Well located hotel , but a bit run down.
The hotel is very well located, the restaurant is good and the location offers a few dining options if one does not feel using the hotel restaurant. The staff are very good and services oriented. However, while there was nothing fundamentally wrong with the rooms, the hotel is a bit run down. You get the feeling that the rooms are very old and have not been renovated for a long time. Corridor carpets are stained, so while it is a nice hotel it is definitely not a luxury hotel.

This is a gem!!
This was our favorite hotel of all on our trip to India. The bed was divine!!! They forced us to buy tickets to the Christmas eve dinner, which was not appreciated. That being said, we did have a great time at the dinner, and the food, ambience, and service were outstanding! It ended up being a blessing in disguise.

4.5 star modern hotel, good deal
Stayed at fortune select for 3 nights. Rooms,bathrooms, restaurants, pool were all clean and inviting. Hotel staff went above and beyond with their service, friendliness, professionalism and assistance. Breakfast had a good variety of both Indian and western options, buffet style. If in the case of a medical emergency, there are doctors readily available on call attached to the hotel. Good location with a mall adjacent. Steal of a deal.will definitely recommend fortune select.

Good hotel close to malls and city
Hotel is located close to city and surrounded by 2 big malls. Hotel entrance is not grand like big chain hotels but staff is good. House keeping staff (especially manager, Mahendra Singh Sharma) was excellent as they upgraded me to bigger room and made sure cleanliness). Hotel breakfast was really decilious and Deepika from restaurant was really helping and packed food for my younger ones for travelling. Overall good hotel with delicious breakfast and very good staff.
