Very quaint and beautiful unique hotel, staff is extremely friendly come on nice and helpful. We even got to say hello to the owners and enjoy the beautiful garden in the front. Each room is unique and well furnished and well maintained. This hotel is definitely a gem. We strongly recommend, we lived here for five days and we're very happy.

Nice friendly central hotel.
Nice ambiance, very helpful staff with lovely breakfast with an egg-free cake that out of this world ! Handy for metro and bonus that they had a good supply of wine and beer (a rarity on our Rajasthan trip)

Excellent Stay at Dera Rawatsar
I highly recommend Dera Rawatsar - Heritage Hotel! My stay was wonderful. The staff members at Dera Rawatsar were very kind and worked to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I opted into the room option that included driver service, and each day, the driver was on time and was extremely helpful with ensuring that I saw the city sites of Jaipur. The hotel staff members were also were very communicative leading up to my stay when I reached out with questions. The included breakfast was excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Kind and caring staff
The hotel and room was spotless, lovely toiletries. Spacious room. The staff made this hotel from start to finish, they were all soo kind and caring. The food in the restaurant was great and every staff member was amazing. Breakfast is great, loads of choice and it was all vegetarian, which was fab for us. They even arranged a free airport pick up, which was a lovely touch and the guy waited patiently as our flight was delyaed 2 hours. Brekfast and dinner is yummy, totally reccommend it. They arranged a breakfast box for us to keep in our fridge overnight and have the next day as we had to leave a lt 515am. The gate guy was the sweetest and waited outside our room incase we needed help with bags and kindly waited with us for our uber to come. All staff here are a true credit to you. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Calm Oasis in Jaipur
Offers an oasis of calm in a busy city. We were picked up from the train station and as soon as we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was excellent and the breakfast and dinner offered in the restaurant was delicious. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the amazing city if Jaipur. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful!
I loved my stay here! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean with charming details. I also felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. The breakfast is also great and I would absolutely stay again next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cost/price balance is ok. I really appreciated staff doing their best for catering Gluten Free food as well as a food package as we had to leave very early to the airport. Airport pick up was also a benefit. We had a great room to enjoy the kite festival

Amazing boutique hotel.
Hotel was very clean.. all the staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The food in the restaurant was tasty, the rooms were clean. Unlike other hotels in India - check in was very easy being an overseas tourist.

The airport pickup went smoothly and was very convenient. The hotel responded very promptly to email requests before my stay. The service was very personalized and the staff made meals available outside regular hours.

Excellent hotel au calme
Excellent hotel avec une belle petite terrasse avec piscine. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Seul petit bemol sur le matelas a ressort. Très bonne cuisine avec un buffet du soir delicieux servi sur une terrasse en plein air au calme ce qui est agréable après une journée dans le vacarme de jaipur. Le personnel est très accueillant, très sympathique et de bon conseil.

Lovely, clean hotel in the residential area of Jaipur. Good breakfast and nice dinner banquet served by attentive staff. Only downside was the wifi needs a boost to normal hotel standards as it wasn't even strong enough to upload photos to facebook either in the room or dining area. Unfortunately no outside choices for dinner.

With Charm and Character
A quaint residence in chaotic surroundings. Not too difficult to locate. Property is well managed by very friendly staff. The ground floor room was a bit noisy at times and lacks privacy. However, It has its own charm and character. Buffet style dinner was surprisingly good.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Lovely hotel. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.The staff were really helpful and even made pancakes especially for breakfast. 24 hour hot water was very welcome for a shower.

Excellent hotel
We stayed here for two nights. Location was good and was clean. Food was good and staff very helpful. Only think I can fault is in the rooms the chairs had stains on them other than that good hotel to stay in, very comfortable.

Great place and good value for money. Very friendly people. I'd stay again. Wifi could be easier (one code for our 3 day stay) but being picky really.

Fabulous hospitality in a spot close enough to walk to the Pink City. Real homely attentive atmosphere, made up for slight disappointment with the quality of room furnishings. It is traditional, which I expected, but worn and unclean in places. I would definitely recommend though as the hospitality outweighed the small time you spend in your room

Good place with a few drawbacks
A very good hotel, located right behind the bus station. The immediate area is not the best neighbourhood in terms of cleanliness though. However the hotel itself is impeccable. The breakfast spread and the toileteries provided leave room for improvement.

A perfect stay, in a perfect hotel. Beautiful rooms and grounds. The staff are SO friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is amazing. Couldn't recommend it more. It feels more like a friendly, inviting home than a hotel. Best stay in India, yet!

Beautiful retro place with awesome staff, The neighborhood doesn't seem very inviting for exploration, but the hotel complex is self-contained, with everything you need on site. The nightly buffets offer excellent choices...the food was very tasty. I loved the antique furnishings! Highly recommend!

A Beautiful Place
This is a gem of a place. Modern, yet full of traditional charm. The building, the furnishings, the ambiance all hark back to a glorious time of the Rajputs. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The staff was great!!! Very helpful and extremely friendly. Good food at the restaurant and very nice rooms. The location was ok, but the rest of the city was easily accessible by cab or rickshaw from the hotel.

The room was amazing - very large and spacious with a great outdoor balcony. The pool was nice and the location was very central.

Clean and Friendly
The hotel is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and accomadating and the room is very spacious. The pool is clean and refreshing. The Bani Park location is clean and safe but a bit too far from the restaurants and shopping - be prepared to have a driver or use a tuk tuk. I would recommend this hotel and stay again if I ever come back to Jaipur.

Great!
Super friendly and attentive staffs, very well maintained, great breakfast and wifi. It's crowded pretty much everywhere in Delhi, but this place will you peace. We saw peacock in the neighbour opened his wings from our bathroom. It feels like you are vacationing in a luxury cottage.
