Since the refurbishment, Campanile Hotels have adopted a universal standard, which unfortunately is not as good as before. THe Dining Room is better laid out, but the food available both for breakfasts and dinner buffets, while increasing in price, has substantially reduced in choice selection available.
Similarly the biscuits provided in the rooms are of a single variety, rather than varied.
In all, the advertised "improvements" are definitely less than before!
Also the loyalty benefits ceased w.e.f 14th August.
