Checked in in the afternoon, then stepped out for work. I had given my brother's cell no as a local contact in India. My brother got call from the hotel to confirm if I checked out at 6:30 PM. He tried reaching the hotel front desk to let them know that I have not but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally when I got back to the hotel @11:30 pm and talked with the front desk. They didn't know who checked me out or if it was a mistake or not. Also called from my room for the Wi-Fi issues and nobody returned the call. I was given the very last room on the back side of the hotel and had a view of the single storied bldg on the back side that had bunch of construction and stuff dumped. Inside of the hotel, restaurants and staff was very friendly otherwise. They even gave extended check out after 12:30 pm.

Staying at Sayaji is always a bliss
We stayed on the night of our honeymoon, absolutely love the property and the features. The suite we stayed in was fully updated and the shower was the best. I have never taken a bath in such a nice rain shower enabled bathroom. The views of the city are great from most of the rooms here. Breakfast is complimentary Nd is one of thr best you can get in Indore.

A true Indore gem!
Sayaji was the epitome of hospitality. We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Indore for a wedding and just loved the amenities, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Every floor had a dedicated person for ironing clothing for the wedding, the in-room tea and coffee was excellent and the concierge on every level during normal business hours helped ensure a speedy response to most service requests. Furthermore, the arcade was great entertainment that the kids took full advantage of. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant Cravings was also very good. We didn't use the pool or any of the other dining options but they looked equally inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

Sayaji is always value for money.Excellent service all through and reasonably priced as compared to other options.Decor is a bit ageing though.Good breakfast.They offer complimentary airport pick and drop.You need to call the hotel in advance.

Very nice Hotel. Not only did we get an early checkin (almost 2 hours early), we also got a late check out (around 2 hours late) without any additional charges. We got a complimentary pick up from the railway station and drop at the airport. They were not too far away though. All this on top of the fact that it was peak season for the hotel with multiple weddings and functions every day. A wonderful experience and at a reasonable rate. You have won my heart and will surely ensure that Sayaji Hotel chain will be a priority when i visit difference places in India where you have a property. Needless to say in Indore, you will always be a priority. The hotel rooms are clean and the buffet breakfast spread is also great. Only thing is, that the swimming pool is open only for a limited hours n the day.

Poor management and hazardous to your health Muddy water in the bath and no proper response to fix the problem Standard response from the staff that the problem will be fixed and nothing happens No guest reception personnel and u r on your own to get your baggage from the car and find the bell boy Orbits should not have this hotel on t heir web site It is way below any standards Still sick of the atmosphere at the hotel

Good Hotel with corporatized staff. Checkout time should be 12:00 noon instead of 10 Ish, they charge for late checkout even around 12:00 or 01:00 which is common in mumbai or metros. They did packed me breakfast at 05:30 am as I Rescheduled my travel to leave early.

An outstanding experience
Sayaji is an older hotel that has been refurbished - we chose the premium package - and were provided comfort hospitality and a gourmet experience that left a great impression. The buffet breakfast could have more items suited to a western palette. The Kebabsville was a canivores delight but a must visit. The one on one rapport provided by the hospitality manager was memorable. A must stay in the city of Indore.

Best hotel in Indore
I really liked this hotel. Its the only room I have ever stayed in with a 5.1 surround sound system in it. The hotel staff go out of their way to really help and everything is complimentary. There are very good restaurants there and the facilities are excellent. If you have to visit Indore, this is the place to stay. I will stay there again when I return. It's not the absolute best hotel in the world, but it has everything and a wonderful atmosphere that is mainly because of their super polite and friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a calm and quite area of the city.

Good value for the money
The service was good, the hotel lobby and entrance were impressive but the rooms furniture and mattress etc. were old and need to be refurbished. I loved their Chinese restaurant but the free breakfast in the morning was reasonably good but nothing exceptional as compared to other similar rating hotels.
