"We loved our stay at Novotel in downtown Ottawa. The location was convenient close to restaurants and shopping. The parking situation was a little tricky. The garage below the hotel was under renovation, making it inaccessible. We had to park I under the Rideau centre and there wasn’t direct access to the hotel. You needed to walk through the mall or run up and down the ramp. The Albion Rooms in the hotel was nice offering small aperitifs and drinks. "

"Very clean and staff was friendly. However the pool was closed and the parking lot is horrendous. They didnt have enough parking spots for their guests and the spots that they did have were super tiny and my car was damaged."
