Other than some strange noises from the elevator (it works and didn’t break down during my stay), the hotel and the staff here are some of the best I’ve stayed at. There’s gated parking if you chose and there’s so many breakfast options. Staff went above and beyond to provide small but considerate extras which made the experience better. Would come back when I’m in Houston again and recommend this hotel!

Rooms are nice, hotel was clean, some staff are nice, but if you light sleeper you have hard time sleeping due the the traffic in the road. I would stay again if I had too.

I made reservations for this property 2 months in advance due to the need to pick up my son from the air port and i do bot drive at night. Upon arrival i was told they are not dog friendly, even though my my dog is a service dog. I asked them to call their GM, she did and still declined my stay. This caused EXTREME problems for me.

We had a 3 day stay and everything was always in pristine condition we left the room for around 2/3 hours and when we returned our entire room was refreshed with new sheets and super tidy. I will definitely stay there again the customer attention was on point every day.
