The family before she was helpful and cheerful, we came up and she just asked for name and information and had passive agressive remarks towards us. We just brushed it off because it's Flagstaff. Over all a great stay, room was clean and property was quiet. "

"The property was close to my destination. It was easy to find and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was great and the breakfast was awesome. The only complaint I have is the walls were "paper thin". I could hear the guests in the rooms on both sides of me talking."

"The staff was incredible. The ladies there went above and beyond their jobs. I have a family of eight. Our car broke down in the middle of Arizona and we got stranded and we ended up in their hotel. I’m not sure how it happened, but the lady had bags full of snacks and treats for my kids, and the manager allowed the juice and cereal to be open for my kids throughout the day, they gave us information on how to get rides and Catholic charities if we needed it they were extremely accommodating and beautiful hearted. I cannot thank them enough for how they helped make my kids feel better about the situation we were currently in. I honestly don’t think my kids would have Handled our situation as well as they did if it had not been for the ladies that were here "
