Good value for money
The accommodation is located slightly outside the Ancient Town but within walkable distance. The room was spacious. Bed was comfy enough though blanket was just a bed sheet. Given the AC was not tuned to really low temperature, that was not a real problem and everything was okay. Water pressure at the shower was a bit odd but had a certain rhythm; not a big deal for us either. Breakfast was simply great! We love their mi quang!

Spend 3 nights, very warm welcoming homestay experience. You can order your freshly made breakfast each night so it's made to order in the morning. The big home is well maintained, and room was comfortable and well sized. The bathroom was clean, AC and TV worked well. There are included bikes available, which is a nice way to explore the Old City, which is a 15 minute walk or so. Very helpful staff, would return!

Great location! Great price!
Overall, it was worth the money spent. Location is great and price is very reasonable. The hotel provides free bikes to ride around the city. Our late check in request was gladly taken by the host was very pleasant. The only irritating thing was the humidity in the room. A person who has asthma or breathing problems should be careful.

wifi like almost everywhere is very slow . *(this even applies to so called 4G data exchange on Vietnamese Sim cards), friendly helpful staff, Simple nice breakfast, free bicycles to use free of charge at hotel, Taylor next door quick and good quality work. Close enough to walk to all central attractions of town,Hotel situated in charming streety with cafees, museum, restaurants and art galleries

Feels like home away from home
Big room with super comfy bed. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Window that opens to atrium to let fresh air to the room. Very delicious breakfast. Good selection list from Western and Vietnamese breakfast which to be pre ordered the day before. Fresh, crusty and fluffy bread roll and passion fruit jam made in house. It's located not far from old town market, 5-10mins walk. A street from the river. No problem to hire free bike anytime of day when we were there. In a quieter of town yet not far from anywhere we wanted to go in town. Extremely good value for money. Extremely hospitable, friendly, generous and attentive owner and staffs. The owner helped to organise taxi back to airport which cost less than our tax fare from airport. Phuong even complimentary bottle of wine for us to celebrate New Year Eve. Highly recommended a place to stay.

Fantastic place
We spent 4 nights here with our family and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Free use of the bikes. Highly recommended.

Ms Phuong runs an excellent homestay!
This homestay made our visit to lovely Hoi An very comfortable. Phuong (the owner) is on hand to help with everything from shopping tips to organising tours (with trustworthy locals). We stayed in a four bed room with our two teenagers and it was most comfortable. Phuong makes the most delicious passion fruit jam (served with baguette on the breakfast menu) and she went out of her way to make us welcome. The position is just on the edge of the old town right near the river. Great coffee just down the street, good masseuse opposite. 10 minute taxi to beach or make use of the free bikes. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

As Lovely As The First Time
The Orchids Homestay may be Hoi An's best homestay. I stayed here the first time in 2015, and am always happy to return. The personalized and lovely service is unparalleled; every time I stay here I truly feel like it is a second home. The room and general cleanliness add to feeling comfortable. The made to order breakfast, beauty of the building, and perfect location, explain why Orchids Homestay is always fully booked. In such cases, I/we stay at other facilities. Many of which are great, but none of which matches the experiences at Orchid Homestay's. This place goes above and beyond in every possible way. My wife, who is a hospitality industry veteran agrees: This homestay deserves a 5-star rating across the board. We look forward to many future stays at Orchids Homestay. Trang & Michael

Fantastic value - everything you need
Fantastic spot. Everything you need at a great price. Clean, cool room in a fantastic location with free bike rentals. Unless you're looking for something particularly romantic or need a pool or towels folded like swans, this is a perfect place to stay near Hoi An Ancient Town. Phuong at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Got us a cheap ride to the airport, recommended a great tailor next door so fittings were super convenient, helped us get a cheap motorbike rental. Made everything affordable and easy. Would book it again in a second.

Well located and good value
Great host. Nice breakfast included in price of room. Easy walk to central market, tailors, restaurants, spas, etc. Free use of bicycles appreciated (although brakes should be repaired). Room was comfortable and spacious; the floor was very clean. Bathroom appeared newly renovated. Highly recommend.

Very close to old Town
A wonderful welcoming accomodation owner a beautiful lady who goes out of her way to make your stay great , Breakfast is yummy,and endless , rooms spotless,she's even happy to do your laundry,Will certainly come back as I'm a regular traveler, Her pancakes and her jam is delicious, Really it's a fantastic choice to go there you will not have regrets,

Awesome host and fantastic banana pancake
I stayed for 5 days, host and her helper/friend were helpful and friendly and the host speaks good english too. One of the breakfast they cater is banana pancake and they were delicious. WIll definitely come back again when i visit hoi an.

Friendly staff, spacious and quiet room good location to visit hoi an old town. Bicycles graciously offered to discover the beaches and the rice paddles. I warmly recommend this homestay to families and couples.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff !
The room was very cool even though the outside was very hot and humid. I figured that the staff already turned on the A/C before we get in there which was very thoughtful of them. The room had two doubles ( or queens), thus it was perfect size for 4 of us sleeping. The bed was very comfy, room was very clean, and towel, hair dryer and etc was provided. They provided bicycle for free which was very nice. The breakfast was AMAZING (BANANA PANCAKES!). And the best part of this hotel was the staff member explained everything around the town. She told me how much it will cost, or the famous restaurant and etc. I had to move to Da Nang and stayed like five-star hotel, but this place was WAY BETTER than five-star hotel in Da Nang. Thank you very much for providing such a great accommodation. I am planning another trip to Hoi An with my family, and I would def stay here again!

Amazing Guest House!!
This guest house was beautiful! It had great decor and was modern and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had fridges and a separate shower, which is a really hard thing to find in Asia! One of the best places we have stayed while travelling the past 7 months! The owner is so lovely and helpful, got us great deals on motorbikes and to top it off there is an amazing free breakfast and free bike rentals! I would love to stay here again and cannot say enough about it here! It also helps that Hoi An is an amazingly beautiful city!

Good location, great service!
My girlfriend and I stayed here 2 nights whilst visiting Hoi An. Location is just on the edge of town by the market 5 - 10 mins walk to everything. The owner Phoung is such a good hostess and provided was a map with some local information also, she even warned us of some of the rip off scams some street vendors might try which was nice. Got our laundry done here also, was really good deal. She also provides bikes free of charge to tour the town, everywhere else seems to rent these at additional cost. Great guest house, good location with fantastic service.

5-Stars All The Way!!!
After having traveled to 45 countries, and having stayed in places ranging from simple guesthouses to five-star hotels, this is the first place that I cannot wait to be a guest at again. From the moment I checked-in to the moment I checked-out, it was simply a perfect experience: - The room (actually the whole establishment) is impeccably clean and well maintained. - The standard room is fairly large and definitely suitable for multi-day double occupancy. - The personalized and genuine service stands out and surpasses the standards of some 4- or 5-star establishments, and there was no attempt to sell me any tours, tailor-made clothes, etc. - The location could not be better: one block from the river and within walking distance to everything (the bicycles, which are free for guests, are all new and plentiful). - The breakfast options offer something for every taste (I only had the local/Vietnamese dishes, and they were perfect in terms of quality, taste, and quantity). My four-night stay left nothing else to be desired; a true home away from home experience.

H^tel très sympa à petits prix. L'accueil est très convivial. Les chambres sont mériteraient un rafraîchissement, mais ont un certain charme. Le petit-déjeuner est super, avec beaucoup de choix et très copieux.

새벽비행기시간까지 1층 가든뷰 패밀리룸에 있었습니다. 화장실은 간이벽으로 되어있고 벽이나 바닥등 룸상태도 좋지 않았어요. 장점은 공간은 넓고 침대시트는 깨끗했습니다. 영어가 되는 스태프가 늘 상주하지는 않았지만 친절했어요. 새벽비행기라 조식대신 도시락도 만들어줬어요. 가격대비 넓지만 편히 자기엔 무리가 있는 방입니다. 다른 방 상태는 더 나을 수도 있을거 같아요.

105号室1泊 ・笑顔の接客がとても気持ちがいい。ベトナム語や英語が話せない私に、同じ母国語の宿泊客を呼んでくださり、リクエストに応えてくれたのは嬉しかった。 ・マットよりベッドの方が大きいので、近くを通るたびに角に足をぶつけてしまい、痛かった。 ・エアコン効きが悪いと感じたが、つけっ放しにしているうちに効いてきた。最初の30分くらいは涼しくならないが、ゆっくり待つとよい。 ・朝食は中庭は食べたが、蚊に刺されたので、虫よけが必須。朝食は6～8種類から選べる。私はバナナ入りパンケーキとベトナムコーヒーを選択。おいしかった。パンケーキはおまけで追加分ももらえた。 ・洗濯を依頼した。40000ドン。チェックアウト時に支払い。お得。キレイになったし、乾いた洗濯ものは、きちんとたたまれて届けられた。親切で、信頼できるスタッフだと感じた。気持ちがよかった。 ・ホイアンからダナンまでのシャトルバスの予約をしてもらえ、助かった。男性スタッフがバスまでスーツケースを運んでくれた。客を大事にしてくれていると思った。 宿泊先に選んで、本当によかった。感謝。

房間、早餐、主人非常好，走一小段路可以到小鎮主要街道，也因為不在小鎮內，環境會安靜點，他們給我一間聽不到街道喇叭聲、車聲的房間，讓我可以休息看書，唯一缺點是房間內燈光較暗

Homestay tres bien tenu. Excellent accueil. Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner. Prêt gratuit de vélos. Seule réserve: la chambre dont nous disposions était équipée d'un climatiseur sur dimensionné pour une petite pièce aux fermetures très hermétiques (et pour cause,le balcon donnait sur une discothèque ). Donc au choix: chambre frigorifique ou bruit.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr nett und dem Preis mehr als angemessen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt - sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder zum ausleihen um an den Strand zu fahren (diese sind allerdings eher der vietnamesischen Statur angepasst - sehr niedrige Sattel). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rien à redire, accueil sympathique, personnel à l'écoute. Prêt de vélo gratuit, super sympa pour se déplacer dans Hoi An ! Petit dej copieux et bon, servi à partir de 7h30. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec climatisation. Le wifi marche bien. Le personnel s'est occupé de réserver ma voiture pour l'aéroport, qui était à l'heure (aucun problème malgré qu'il soit 5h00 am).

Super Hotel - sehr zu empfehlen
Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist super nett. Die Zimmer sehen so aus wie auf den Fotos und waren sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen gab es eine große Auswahl zum Frühstück (inkl. Getränk und einem Teller Obst). Würde das Hotel wieder buchen!

Nous avons passe une nuit dans cette homestay. Tres bien placee, proche du centre. Tres bon accueil, personnel a l ecoute et disponible. Chambre grande et pratique, parfumee a l huile essemtielle, salle de bain tres mignonne. Le tout tres propre. Pret de velos gratuits. Tres bon et copieux petit dejeumer.
