Great spot! Being a VIP Hotel, they had a larger room available and upgraded us without being asked. We also needed to stay one more night so we booked through EXPEDIA again and they’ll allow us to stay in the same room which was an upgrade again from the one that we had. I can’t even explain the breakfast how unbelievable it was, it’s over the top! It has everything you could possibly want. This was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel!

Not sure why my room made so much noise @ night time from 1 AM to 6 AM. I heard someone keep knocking @ my door every 20 minutes. I could not sleep. Hoping There is no ghost in the hotel.

This is the second time we stayed at Nikko. The staff and service is the best. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The hotel is very quiet but the environment outside of the hotel is noisy and crowded especially during rush hours. On this visit we think the lobby and corridors smell musty

Beautiful hotel, good location, staffs are friendly, courtous . They gave us an upgrade to a suite,so nice of them. The pool area is great ,long 25m Olympic size, quiet and relaxing . Hotel is very clean, I stayed here before and would come back anytime.

Excellent location and value. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, possibly the best I’ve ever seen. Special shout-out to Le Quang Hai who was there when we arrived after a 14-hr flight and helped us check in and was also there when we left to bid us goodbye. I highly recommend this hotel

Stayed two nights here at the Nico Saigon hotel. This hotel is a premium superb hotel. The service was impeccable. The room and cleanliness was outstanding and the service was second to none. The concierge in particular went out of his way to help us with every detail we needed, including recharging our Sim card that had abruptly expired. The location is a little farther from district 1, where many of the Saigon coty activities happen… However, taxis were easy to catch and inexpensive to go to and from the hotel. We Enjoyed our visit very much.
