"Nice, modernized, boutique like hotel that is either recently renovated or very well kept. The double queen room was very spacious and the mattresses really comfortable. My kid who is 5'7 and who chose the pullout didn't like the springs but slept fine on it in couch mode. We didn't really use the kitchen, but noted the builtin twin hotplate and pans supplied for next time (in addition to the microwave and "full size" undercoubter fridge). Water pressure in the shower was exceptional! Staff were great all round and also found us a tower fan for white noise, as we forgot our box fan that our other kid needs to sleep. Like other cities, Portland has a homeless population but we never encountered any trouble. People are just trying to survive in a nationwide broken system. "
