Booked 3 rooms, one of our rooms the door would not open. Went to front desk and the manager said that there weren’t any other rooms and he was going to have to cancel our room. Then gave us a key to another room, which was a single and needed two queen beds. Finally got the right room and then back to my room and the door would not open. Back to manager, he came up and had to force door to open. Once in the room, very old, multiple large stains on the carpet, brown stain on sheets in one bed and bathroom smells like urine. Noticed large amounts of mold/ mildew in shower curtain and shower walls. Staining of the bath tube and bathroom door could not close due to swelling. Back down to management and had them replaced shower curtain and bed linen.
