Fabulous central location right in the heart of the old quarter. the hotel foyer looks like a 5 star hotel! The staff were simply amazing. Special thanks to Gem at reception and Mr Cuong who answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were of an average 4 star hotel. Great pool, gym and floor top bar/ restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great 4 star hotel.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Vivian, Tim, and Mai were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet were excellent with a variety of options. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room had a good size considering being in the old quarter. We felt welcomed by the staff from the moment we walked in the hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff members (receptionists, doormen, bellmen, kitchen crew) were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Breakfast selection was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, and everything else in between. Everything is in walking distance. Overall, we were satisfied staying at GM Premium Hotel. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel.

The staff were the highlight - so polite and helpful!! Big thanks to Eugene and Vivian in particular for their recommendations and wonderful customer service. Breakfast on the rooftop every morning was a delight, and you can’t beat the location, which was in the thick of Old Quarter near lots of food and shopping and the lake, but very quiet at night for sleeping even during the lunar new year celebrations.
