I really enjoyed my 9 night stay here. The "single" size room was very interesting with interior steps for the bed area. I liked the buffet breakfast: Croissants, eggs, cheese, & french pressed coffee. There was lot's of cereal, juice, & toast; as well. Wi-fi worked well & built-in USB chargers (no international power adapter needed). It was clean, nice & warm, & quiet. The location is great, an easy walk to shepard's bush or the hammersmith underground stations. The electric kettle with free coffee & tea worked well and the small refrigerator was appreciated. Three Tesco groceries stores close-by. Lot's of places to eat out or drink as well. All was not perfect though. The shower experience was a bit off: It took forever for the water to get hot (maybe "just warm enough" is a better definition) And after it did, it didn't last long. Other areas to improve was lack of shelves to put your stuff on and the wall table was too high to be used as a desk properly with the chair provided. This was my first OYO experience & when you factor in the price, I'm completely hooked. I stayed at two other OYO right afterwards.

Very convenient for the 02 Empire for the night. Nice shower, pity about the hair left in the toilet, I guess it escaped the cleaner. Double bed was OK but a bit hard. Not too noisy despite being at the front. I was in the second building and breakfast was very good with friendly staff.

Bedside lamps would have been nice! Room a little noisy. It does what it says on the tin, so yeah, I'd probably stay there again.

During my stay I was very satisfied! Stuff is very polite. Hotel is small but cute. My room was tiny but tidy, houskeeper is the nicest lady ever although her english is not very well she is really nice and helpfull. I was full surprised. Breakfast room is in the other part of hotel (second door outside). Breakfast is just fine. Coffee is excelent!! They deserve 5 stars for coffee! I like very much all details and colors in hotel, especially flowers. Check in and check out is very quick and very easy. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel for longer stay but for short stay definately and therefore for sure I am coming back to this hotel. Shower cabine could be more functional but for short stay is just fine. Because of shower and cold-warm water (more cold than warm) I would say it was quite overprised but assuming that this London is and that location of hotel stunning (bus/Tube(shopping center 5 mins away), we should just accept that.

Good location but needs improving

Decent enough stay overall,however as my wife struggles with stairs its unlikely we would return as it was impossible for her to get to the breakfast room even from the ground floor room we were given. We were given room 53 which appears to be converted from an old entrance,bed was a small double and as the original door is still in place is quite noisy & of low security. Lots of rooms yet no parking,this is a negative for any car owner. Room for improvement.

Room was adequate for what we needed. Bathroom was clean but very small. Clean bed linen and towels room was abit dusty which i cleaned myself. Staff were nice and accommodating.
