Well appointed hotel with mix of social spaces that are comfortable and welcoming. Staff was attentive and helpful. Because of weather and our limited time we decided to stay close and ate in the hotel restaurant. Pizza and salad were great and we had awesome service. You have to pay a bit more for the convenience of being connected to the airport but it was totally worth it!

The elevator was not working again. We had dogs in carriers and 2 suit cases. The room was small and the chair was a ridiculous size for the space. The desk girls made up for everything else they were wonderful!

We got in at 11:04 as did some other people and pilots as well. We tried to get them to keep the kitchen and bar open for a few extra minutes so we could order something and weren’t able to convince anyone to do that

Hi Chris, thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you did not arrive in time to enjoy our restaurant. As our pizza oven is programmed to automatically shut off when the restaurant closes, we are unfortunately unable to remain open past 11pm. Next time I would recommend calling in advance if possible to give our staff a chance to possibly prepare to remain open a little later. We also have several grab and go options available 24 hours per day that would be available to those who arrive on late flights!

I stayed with my new 8 week old puppy, the room and the staff were great. Great easy access to outdoor pet relief space. My only negative is that they do not do room service, so I had to put my pup in the kennel to run down to pick up some supper. Not a big deal by any stretch.

The website for the hotel advertises free parking for 1 week for a 1 night stay. On checkin we were told because we booked through Expedia we didn’t get the free parking. The parking was the main reason we booked at the Alt. At the time of booking the price booking directly through the hotel was the same as the price on Expedia. The cost of paying for the parking added an extra $300 to our vacation. If we knew this was going to happen we would have booked through the Hotel. A little disappointed and may cancel the night we booked for our return flight.

The parking on site belongs to the airport and is subject to their policies and prices and it is always an additional cost unfortunately. I'm sorry that this was not clear to you. The pizza restaurant was great however we chose the hotel as it was right next to the airport and had a swimming pool. Upon arrival however we were greeted with a sign saying the pool was closed and had been for a while. Extremely disappointed as there was nothing else to do apart from watch television
