rooms are spacious but Hot water was a big concern.. there was marriage in the garden & rooms are non silent..not a comfortable stay if you are looking for relaxation

Dear Mr. Vikas,
We thank you for staying at the resort & liking its spacious rooms. Regarding the hot water supply, this is to submit that we have solar water heating system & we have to run the tap for about 1 to 2 minutes to get hot water. To caution guest in this regard, a name plate is also affixed over the tap, which apparently escaped your kind attention. We sincerely regret that some inconvenience was caused to you as there was also a wedding party at the resort on that day. We assure you that on your next visit you will find our facilities more than your expectation.

We were not getting the room which booked from hotels.com otherwise the stay was very comfortable. They are Charging 18%gst on food which is wrong

Hi,
Apologies for the experience you had at the resort last year.
Basis several such reviews we undertook renovation of the entire property phase wise and now all the rooms now have upgraded look and feel. We have also increased the Internet bandwidth and hence there is better speed now.
